My 1st experience at Best Buy Dorchester. The laziest employees I ever seen in my life. Was in the store for an hour with no help … every one seem high except the guy with the locs he helped me on his lunch break ..much appreciated however never coming here again.

I love this place,it is da best place for electronics and their customer service is outstanding top notch and gave me the chance to build credit with them,too bad that places like Amazon and lots of others don't have this program that Best Buy has to get your electronics easily and smoothly ,this is where I'm coming for all my electronics from now on, I'm a customer for life, feel sorry for those other retailers that won't give da little guy a chance for credit, million thanks..."

Refurbished Garbage! Just got off the phone with "customer service", tough to call it that when they don't actually provide any service. The laptop was described as refurbished excellent, and arrived with a keyboard with multiple non-functional buttons. I couldn't even log in! They told me they opened a case for this marketplace transaction, but never called back. Upon following up, apparently, a case was never made or possible. There's no point of buying through best buy if they don't hold their sellers accountable! Buy directly from reputable sellers. OUTCOME: They will hold my money for weeks until the product is received, and I had to waste multiple hours and money to get this defective laptop shipped to them. Moral of the story; I should have checked their recent reviews before conducting any business with this terrible company; AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
