Bought a new watch this weekend. The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I had a million questions and she knew all the answers and was patient while I compared, like, four watches. 😂😂
Don’t waste time in this store. I went in the store knowing what I want is an iPad mini. Waited in the Apple area for 15 mins., don’t see any sales person. Talked to the guy at the door, he told me to go back there and someone will probably be already there, waited for another 10 mins, no service and just left. More reliable to just order from Amazon. That’s why I hate shop in-store anymore, place like Best Buy confirms it.

I went into this store, physically saw a TV I liked, and was told it was the last one in stock. I purchased it on the spot and was assured it would be held for me to pick up the next day. Later, I received an email saying it was no longer available—meaning they sold the same TV I had already paid for to someone else. When I spoke with the store manager, no real resolution was offered beyond waiting or going to another location. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
