I had a disappointing experience at this store. I came in to purchase a mini refrigerator and asked an employee for help moving it, but I was told they couldn’t leave the computer.
As a result, I had to carry the refrigerator myself, which was difficult and not appropriate. I understand staff may be busy, but there should be support available for customers when handling heavy items.
I hope this can be improved in the future.

Came a long way and got disappointed.
This Best Buy location will sell you a product that doesn’t work, and then make it literally impossible for you to return it.
Additionally, if you request to speak to a store manager, they will tell you several times that the manager will reach out to you and then they will not actually reach out to solve the issue.
I strongly recommend buying electronics literally anywhere but this store.
