A good best buy. Fantastic staff. Cool setups to demo tech. New stock rotates in regularly. Never too long of a wait for help or to check out. Ample parking. Ordering ahead is good to do.
I had a disappointing experience at this store. I came in to purchase a mini refrigerator and asked an employee for help moving it, but I was told they couldn’t leave the computer.
As a result, I had to carry the refrigerator myself, which was difficult and not appropriate. I understand staff may be busy, but there should be support available for customers when handling heavy items.
I hope this can be improved in the future.
