I tried to buy a new laptop online during Amazon prime days, and it was a total fail. Then, I went into this Best Buy and got matched with Trenton… and I’ll tell you: this young man was amazing to work with! He listened carefully to what my needs were, was super patient with my limited computer knowledge in terms of gigs and RAM, and so sensibly and articulately explained the details of several computers. I never felt pressured, I never felt rushed and therefore built a relationship of trust with Trenten. It’s not very often that you feel like a sales person is truly looking out for your best interests! I am beyond impressed with this Best Buy, but in particular, with Trenten.
I bought a sony xm4 paid for a 2 year warranty and i had the box they said no the serial number its no the same, dude i dont get it its the same box that they sold it to me .

Fast service with pick up
They always have what I need. Well not always lol but this year 4 phones of mine were stolen and or low and they always have a brand new Samsung a15 or a16 for no more than $42-$53 after tax through multiple prepaid carriers. I use tracfone, have kept my number through each phone, and pay $20 a month for 4 GB of data and unlimited talk and text.
