Not much at that store they need more employees
The manager at this location is great but I would be careful when checking out and make sure that they don’t add on extra costs. My husband was checking out and the cashier (not the manager) clicked the $5 donation on the payment screen without him asking. When he asked to have it removed (again, because she didn’t ask) she said that she would and he moved on to pay. He stepped aside to check his digital receipt and found that she had NOT actually removed it; just told him she had. When he went back to have it actually removed she made him wait for 5 minutes to remove the cost that 1. never should’ve been there in the first place and 2. she had told him was removed when first confronted. I think we’d rather go out of our way to another Best Buy than deal with this situation or that cashier again. Yes $5 isn’t a big deal but it’s the fact that she didn’t ask before adding it and then lied afterwards.
I recommended this location to my friend to replace his PC’s cooling system while I was out of town. He brought in a fully working computer. Instead of fixing it, they broke the power supply and made him buy a new one. After that, they completely destroyed the PC during the installation.
Even worse, they refused to take responsibility for the damage and left him with nothing—no working PC, no refund, no help.
This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same. Don’t trust this Best Buy with your computer—they’ll break it and leave you on your own
Good place if you know what you want you can get it there
