I have never experienced a company less interested in making money. Absolutely painful experience trying to buy something online so decided to go to store and despite there being like 15 employees and 2 customers, it took forever for someone to help me find the one item I came in for. Insane. No idea how they are still in business.
Service 0/10, the employee in the front was not helpful whatsoever in trying to help us find what we were looking for. He was not clear at all. We walked out.
I visited the Everett Best Buy to purchase a car stereo and amplifier. The store was not busy, but the Geek Squad employee I spoke with was impatient and not helpful.
I explained that my online orders had already been cancelled multiple times, but he kept telling me to order everything on my phone instead of assisting in store. He even took my phone and started tapping on it very aggressively, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I later went to another Best Buy location and received much better service.

Asking for help and employees trying to avoid helping you is very odd. And when they did help they complained about having to help me…a customer…
