I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Best Buy location. I came in to exchange a tablet I had purchased just one day earlier due to a clear manufacturing defect (a dent near the headphone jack). Instead of a straightforward exchange, I was told I had to purchase a $40 protection plan to qualify for a replacement. That made no sense, and when I asked for clarification, the staff just kept repeating it was “company policy.”
After reluctantly buying the plan, I was then told it would be repaired, not replaced, and it would take 1–2 weeks. Only after I strongly pushed back did they finally offer to exchange the unit.
I spent over 80 minutes traveling just to be told the only way to fix a problem I didn’t cause was to pay more money. Completely unacceptable customer service. I expect better from Best Buy.

Had a radio installed recently in my daughters car. Very good work done by the technician. It did take a little longer than we thought, but it was worth it
