The people who work here are really irresponsible and rude; either the Spaniards respond or the white Americans. Since I am not of their descent, I had to wait 35 minutes to buy a Meta glasses. I really didn't have the time; if I had time, I would definitely go to another branch.
The manager here must be very sorry for himself, as he has no regard for his employees.

I had a terrible experience with this store in Everett. I bought a clothes dryer, including delivery and installation. My delivery was scheduled for between 11 AM and 3 PM, but they didn't show up on time; they arrived at 5:44 PM looking angry and acting rudely. They didn't do the installation. When I complained, the delivery person said, "I don't work for the store; if you want to return this piece of crap, it makes no difference to my day." I called the store and got voicemail—another piece of crap. When I finally spoke to someone, the woman was bizarre; she told me, "We don't lift the machine to install it; if you don't want it, you can return it. The service was free, so we don't guarantee it." I said, "Okay, that's another customer you've lost." The store and the products are great, but the problem is the staff; 99% of them are inexperienced, and the ones who are there are rude.
