They cancelled my order because Best Buy raised the price of my item after I bought it.

Two weeks ago after purchase of a THINKWARE Q200 kit we realized we wanted it hard-wired, and Everett was the closest within driving range. Mike was friendly, courteous and installed the unit within an hour. We thanked him and drove home to Rockport, where we shortly discovered two things: The rear camera was installed upside-down, and it was placed halfway outside of the arc of the rear windshield wiper. Since the wiring is all set I've decided to unmount and rotate the unit 180 degrees and place it inside the arc covered by the wiper blade so we can use it in the rain. Wish we'd have checked the orientation before driving sixty miles. If you're doing this, you probably should.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at Best Buy. The employees seemed unwilling to help and acted like they did not want to do their jobs. The support was unhelpful, communication was poor, and my issue was not resolved. I expected much better service.
