Their knowledge, patience, and professionalism made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my purchase and truly appreciated their excellent customer service.
Staff was extremely unsettled. One in the back computer almost hit my daughter in the head with a box the size of 58 in tv as he didn’t measure his surroundings correctly nor excused him.
Then Brady at check out grabbed my items out of my hands to quickly scan me out while with my children trying to peacefully check out. Will not be going back to this location.
I purchased two Geek Squad Refurbished iPad Minis online. One was missing a power adapter AND a useless Insignia USB-C to Lightning cable was included. Customer service (online) suggested that I visit a store to resolve the problem. This store tried to sell me $30+ of accessories that should’ve been included. Then a manager (who initially said that he did not see any cables on my order) stated that this was a “warehouse problem” that they “don’t hand out free cables” that Geek Squad just “throws-in whatever cable they have available” and that I can return the product if I want to. Terrible service. Terrible experience. Never purchasing from this company again.
