I visited Best Buy today to buy headphones, and Lukas was extremely helpful. I don't speak English very well, but he was very patient, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly. Great customer service!

I am writing to escalate a very poor customer service experience I had at the Best Buy store in Framingham MA. BIG NO GO PLACE. PICK ANY OTHER BEST BUY FOR BETTER SERVICE On December 24, I visited the Framingham store to return a MacBook Pro that I had purchased approximately two weeks earlier. The store manager on duty denied my return and stated that Apple products must be returned only to the original state of purchase (New York) and that the item could not be accepted at that location. No valid policy explanation was provided. This information was incorrect. I contacted a Best Buy customer service agent afterward, who clearly confirmed that Apple products can be returned to any Best Buy store. To validate this, I went to the Watertown, MA Best Buy location today, where my return was processed smoothly and without any issues. I am very disappointed that the Framingham store manager denied my return without reason and provided misinformation that directly contradicts Best Buy’s return policy. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, confusion, and loss of time. I would like to understand: Why the return was incorrectly denied at the Framingham , MA store Why inaccurate policy information was given by the store manager What steps will be taken to ensure customers are not misinformed in the future I expect better consistency and professionalism from Best Buy, especially from store leadership. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
