Bought an expensive TV waited a week and came incomplete. Needed the specific screws for the tv mount. Went to the store and the manager on duty was ridiculous. He wanted to pick up this tv and send me a same/new tv instead of giving the screws. Which would have taken another week. He then told me to go to autozone or amazon and he'll pay the difference. I asked him to go to a same tv and get the screws then he could replace them. He said we don't do that. All this extremely aggressive and domineering. There was no reason. He literally made me stand there quiet like a child. I never write reviews but there is more to this than I can write. I know this guy NEEDS MORE TRAINING.
