I came to Best Buy to pick up my MacBook, with email confirmation already received, and ended up waiting for over an hour with no clear explanation. The situation was made even more uncomfortable due to the service: the employee jack treated me very rudely, and the manager whose name is jack also showed no willingness to assist politely. I am very disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism at this store. A purchase that should have been simple turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. I sincerely hope Best Buy reevaluates its staff training and customer service management, because the level of disrespect I experienced is unacceptable. The manager told me to shut up and to get the “hell” out. Said I was trespassing even tho I have an active order. Not professional at all. Totally do not recommend this place. I recorded a video of the manager saying I was trespassing even though they are open and I have an order. I never been disrespected like this before. Hopefully Best Buy can assist with this matter.

The store itself there's no complements about. But people that work there not always do their best.
