Anyone looking for a tv go see Juan. I had a certain one in mind(with my limited research), he recommended a different one for my budget and I’m glad he did.
He’s extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate the differences to someone like me that knows little about the tech. He’s the best.

Bait-and-switch on AppleCare+ for AirPods. I rarely buy protection plans. This time the salesperson convinced me to buy AppleCare+ and repeatedly told me it covered loss/theft—I confirmed it at least five times because I had just lost one AirPod. I paid $29 on $179 AirPods for a 2-year plan. A year later I learned loss/theft isn’t covered for AirPods. When I called, Billy in the store’s care department refused to escalate. Classic misrepresentation. Do not fall for this. Save your money.

Worst customer support ever. The protection plan is useless. Even with the receipt in hand for $180 protection plan, they had no record of purchase and would not honor warranty. Huge waste of time and money. Will shop online from now on.
