I am writing about very poor customer service experience I had at the Best Buy store in Framingham MA. BIG PLACE. BUT NOBODY CARES!!!
On January 26. I visited the Framingham store to return Ring cameras and Blink cameras. I bought those cameras on December 31, thinking return policy like always was till January 31. But not Best Buy decide to change policy to January 15. I was spoke to like low grade person, by MANAGER NAME JACK. When I asked him for business card, his response was MY NAME JACK. NO NAME TAGS ON ANY EMPLOYEES. So i am not sure, if this is his name. Try contacting 1800 Best Buy, they don’t deal with that. Try contacting store directly, apparently you can reach the store directly it goes to call center. And nobody in call center can tell the store manager name. NICE BUSINESS!!! I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN THIS BIG USELESS PLACE!!! THEY DON’T ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!

I HEARD CORPORATE OFFICE CALL THE STORE AND TELL THEM. THEY DOING GOOD JOB DON’T CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AND IGNORE THEM. AND THEY RESPOND ON MY REVIEW WAS STUPID A.I. BEST BUY REALLY COMPANY WHO DON’T CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TRY TO CONTACT ME.

Our Holiday Return & Exchange Promise allowed purchases made between Oct 31 and Dec 31, 2025 to be returned through Jan 15, 2026, giving purchases made during this time 15 days or more compared to our standard 15-day return period. This extended period has been around this same amount of time given every year, as we have only offered additional extended returns past this period to members of My Best Buy Plus or My Best Buy Total.
