Atrocious customer service never buying from them again.
Terrible customer service and even worse management at Best Buy.
On February 9, an associate helped me order a humidifier online in the store and clearly told me I had 30 days to return it if I didn’t like it. I came back on March 8, thinking I was still within that window, only to be told the return period was actually 14 days.
Instead of helping, the associate tried to get me to pay $50 for a membership just so I could return the item. When I asked for a manager, he was rude, dismissive, and basically said I was out of luck, with zero attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the misinformation I was given.
Being told one thing at purchase and then pressured to pay extra just to return a product is misleading and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
Love best buy, this location also has excellent staff
