This was one of the most humiliating and unacceptable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who assisted ( The employee in question is white, has straight hair, and is Asian) me was dismissive and made xenophobic remarks after realizing I was Brazilian. His behavior made me feel completely disrespected and oppressed inside a store where I expected professionalism and basic human decency.
No customer should ever have to deal with this kind of treatment. I left feeling shaken, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed.
I will never return to this location again. Best Buy urgently needs to address this kind of behavior and properly train their staff, because what happened to me was absolutely unforgivable.
Learn to respect Brazilians and stop treating us like crap!!!!!!!

I still make a lot of major purchases at Best Buy because if you use their credit card you essentially get 12 - 24 month financing. Over the past two years I have purchased a TV, desktop PC and refrigerator. I have never had an issue with Best Buy in my 25 years of shopping here. I see a lot of negative reviews about items they bought there that have broken. Whether it be someone who did not try to return the item within 30 days to someone who expects to get a new item months down the line when they did not buy an extended warranty. I don't believe all extended warranties are worth it but some certainly are.
The almost impossible to get an associate to help in the video games section.
