I want to escalate this to corporate and the manager who overlooks this location is allowing their employees to hide products from customers and completely not follow normal procedure. I checked the stock at night the previous day and saw a restock of pokémon cards. At every other best buy location that follows the rules, you are not allowed to put them onto the floor or sell them tik the following day. EMPLOYEES are also not allowed to make purchases while on the clock. You can say what you want about crazy pokémon people but I followed the rules. I woke up early I drove 45 minutes and stood out in the cold for 1 hour prior to store opening. I did it the right way to purchase this highly sought out product. When we get inside the employees act dumb like they don’t know what pokémon products are as if they didn’t hide them for themselves or sold them out the back door. Do not come to this location they will not do the right thing and the manager is allowing their employees to lie and mislead customers. HORRIBLE and unethical way to run a business. Wasting the customers time and giving the employees a unfair advantage to take all the product. I will call coorperation everyday until this best buy is investigated. So unfair compared to other locations that actually make it fair and follow rules.
I only had tv hooking-up questions, but the staff was helpful and professional -- I got the job done!
I love Best Buy, but this place had incredibly poor customer service. The home theater team is extremely rude. This is clearly an area where they need to be trained. Please avoid this location and especially the tv section. Please check other reviews as well. It seems like this trend of rude behavior is common here.

I am beyond upset with Best Buy. I purchased a new tv and paid for Best Buy to deliver and mount it. They choose the delivery window that morning so I arranged to be out of work for the day, canceled my NYE plans so I could be home for the install. Well, the time comes and goes and no install, no phone call, nothing. So I call the customer service number. The guy on the phone claiming to be the manager was zero help. Other than telling me my order was getting rescheduled and they tried to contact me. But the number they tried to contact me was the Best Buy store phone number in Framingham? So this manager knows it was their mistakes, knows they never called me, and offers no reassurance or real apology that this happened. Also can give me no information until 2 days from now due to the holiday. When I ask to be reimbursed for this installation, the manager wants to challenge and argue about it? I'm sorry but you're wrong. Your business made the mistake. You did not deliver on your promise nor did you communicate with me at all! So I sit here as I type, after an entire wasted day, still have no tv, and still no refund for a service I never received and have no clue when I will receive it or even know what happened. Never use them. I understand things go wrong, but you need to learn how to apologize, and reassure people that you will make it right. Unreal.
