Best Buy Framingham

The manager was dismissive and lacked credibility. He seemed to like making up answers to questions asked.

BestBuy for me in the past has been a hit or miss, like a lot of joints lately. But my last couple visits to the Framingham location have been more of a home run than the other direction. If I was given the option to do higher than 5 stars I would, this was the best visit to a BestBuy in a while. Usually I do my homework and research prior to me going shopping for things I need, but these few times I never had the time to do so. I have been to the Framingham location on average once a week over the last few weeks, as I am currently in the middle of a massive home remodel project, given we are working on a sound system and TV related equipment I have been frequently coming by to pick up things for it. Upon my first visit, i was looking for a hard drive in order to save some files off an old google drive, and I asked Lucas who was my sales advisor for this purchase, while I had originally set my eyes on a Samsung T7 or T9 SSD, he showed me a better option that was more cost effective and ultimately did what i was hoping to accomplish. A solid first impression. At the end, when checking out this is where they tend to do you over which is something that I was expecting. Not Lucas, while he did explain the membership and credit card options, I did not feel pressured at all into buying a membership, and so I weighed the pros and cons and ended up getting the membership, as I thought with everything i was doing in terms of home updates that I was going to be in soon. If you need anything technology related, swing by the Framingham BestBuy and ask for Lucas. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. 12/10 reccomend
