this people are literally targeting me cause they don’t like me returning stuff? like the heck you need a box to return a controller? BS! i got a total membership but im gonna see if i can just return that as well you people give best buy a bad rep!!

Very poor service from the girl who stays at the door has no education with the customers. that is why the store is empty, I want to cancel my purchase here.
