Absolutely worse and useless service! Not buying an appliance from Best Buy again! Was connected to their corporate office where the customer support told me that when most people come to purchase refrigerators, they specifically mention that their refrigerators have plastic tubing connected to the water line… absolute moronic. Their delivery team is a separate company and they don’t have a way to contact each other to appropriately address the issue. Seems like each delivery team comes with their own instruction manual on how to install a refrigerator.
