I picked up my new laptop here and the people there were really fast and straightforward with their work. No delay, no distractions, no bs. Depending on the wait time of the line, and the person you get, you should be genuinely well-satisfied with the quickness and productivity of their jobs.
This location is out of my way, but I like to come here because the employees are so helpful.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Staff was mostly kind but disorganized. Almost left after waiting 45 minutes, but did end up with what I came for eventually. A male ginger team member working the smartphone section was pretty unprofessional and disrespectful, so I don't intend on coming back, tho. One more comment and my kind demeanor was going to quickly disappear, I can't imagine he inspires many repeat customers. Love the phone though!
