Can never get in contact with them on the phone and delivery sucks so bad I’ve been trying to receive a tv i pad for for 3 weeks the people show up for delivery and leave within 3 minutes before i can even come down stairs i just want what i paid for

Do yourself a favor and never shop with this company!!!!!!!! I purchased a PlayStation 5 online, Best Buy uses a third party delivery called “Roadie” I received text updates that the order was on its way, that it was delivered and I had 30 minutes to text or call with concerns. I texted the number back and said it wasn’t delivered, I tried to call and it was a dead line. I called and explained the matter and was promised a replacement would be sent out 2 days later, only to get an email saying that order was cancelled and a refund/replacement would not be issued. Instead was told I should contact local police(WHICH I DID) Being frustrated and feeling defeated, I went to the nearest Best Buy (in holyoke) and asked to speak to a manager. This man didn’t provide me with an phone numbers, he told me there’s nothing at store level he could do and let me take some pictures of the computer screen that provided little information and on my way I went. I have been shown video footage of a street camera that shows the deliver driver pulling over to the wrong house, taking a picture and driving away, without ever dropping off my expensive package) AND ALL YOUR STORE WILL DO IS DENY MY REFUND. I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted with how I’ve been treated. I feel bad for elderly people that shop at your store and would probably just chuck up the loss. Well I will not, I did nothing wrong here and I will make sure that everyone knows how you just DONT care about the customer
