Todo lo bueno, lo consigo en Best Buy...
I bought a laptop last summer. The employees were very friendly and easygoing. They didn't push any upgrades too much. HOWEVER, they clearly told me there was a promotion that included a stylus with my specific laptop. I realized when I got home that it didn't come with one, and when I called about it, customer service told me there was no such promotion and made me feel like I was crazy. I also bought a year of Microsoft 365, and I specifically asked if it would automatically charge me at the end of the first year. I was told it would not. I just happened to remember to check, and luckily it hasn't quite been a year because the subscription was set to auto-renew.
Employees might make easy sales by lying, but they won't get return customers. I was already unsure about Best Buy, and now I won't ever go back.
