Staff was mostly kind but disorganized. Almost left after waiting 45 minutes, but did end up with what I came for eventually. A male ginger team member working the smartphone section was pretty unprofessional and disrespectful, so I don't intend on coming back, tho. One more comment and my kind demeanor was going to quickly disappear, I can't imagine he inspires many repeat customers. Love the phone though!

Hello, I was at Best Buy today, August 11, 2025, and made a fairly large purchase thanks to their professionalism and concern for ensuring I had what I needed in excellent quality. Mr. Raul Cintron is the best salesperson at Best Buy in Holyoke, Massachusetts. I highly recommend him and all the attentive staff at Best Buy. We need more people like Mr. Raul Cintron every day.
