Big and a large variety of items
I wanted to buy a phone, but I waited for 20 minutes, and one came to assist us. I saw two staff laughing and talking, doing nothing, but when they saw we were leaving without having been helped, one of them said, "I am available now." I told him that I no longer had time. This was not the first time I had experienced a lack of good customer service practices.
