Sold a used product as new. Box and device have clearly been opened. So besides selling things at a 20% markup over other stores, they just sell whatever used crap they have lying around, marked as new. "best" has a different meaning to some people, apparently. And yes, I could have staged the pictures, but honestly, I have better things to do than give a crappy store a crappy review. Update: The replacement had also been used. In this case, the plastic sleeve that usually wraps the cord was completely missing instead of just sitting loose in the box. I bought this because I had a gift card, so replacing it again is pointless. They can't be trusted but all I can do is buy another $50 worth of likely used products I don't really want that could be bought for $30 from Amazon. Very disappointed!
