Several weeks ago, I ordered a Samsung smartwatch. In a completely irresponsible move, Best Buy shipped it via DoorDash, and the driver made off with it. The box arrived with the bottom torn open. I have been waiting for nearly a month for them to investigate the matter and for a pickup authorization email—yet nothing has happened. For weeks now, they have kept telling me to "wait 48 to 72 hours"; today, I chatted with them again, only to be told that I have to wait another three days or more on top of the time I’ve already spent waiting. They have refused to resolve this issue regarding a watch that cost $400—a gift intended for Mother's Day.
