I wish I could give a negative star review. We will never purchase another item at Best Buy. We purchased a Panasonic phone KX-TGE633 and it's pure JUNK. The sound quality on this phone is horrible and all incoming and outgoing voices sound like people have speech impediments. The statics is really bad, we can't hear them and they can't hear us. On top of that the battery doesn't even last 12 hours. When we tried to exchange it at Best Buy we were told that the 15 day return window had expired. We didn't buy an extended warranty because we thought we were purchasing a quality product. Neither Panasonic not Best Buy stand behind the quality. In the future, we will be purchasing from other companies that sell better products and stand behind the quality with a reasonable return policy. If they respond through the Google reviews don't bother, they won't resolve your issue. EDIT: So, they asked me to get in touch with them through social media so they can resolve the issue. I did, here's the response: "We don't doubt that you are having concerns with the static that you are hearing on your phone. Many things can effect cordless phones including other devices that may use a similar frequency as well as certain building materials and distance from the phone base. I don't seem to see any account information under the provided information so if 15-days has passed since your purchase we would not be able to further assist you as you would need to speak with the manufacturer for repair or replacement options if the phone system isn't working as intended."

Be careful when getting online I got used missing parts. They refund me so can't give then 1 star. But man all that time you waste
