I paid almost $2000 for the Samsung Z Fold 7, which was defective, and Geek Squad made me fill out an application that made no sense because even they couldn't find the information through the application. After a while of explaining this to them, I asked why I pay for insurance if they aren't responsible. Then they said they were able to solve the problem on their computer. If they can't hire properly trained people, they shouldn't hire young people who don't know what they're doing.
