i had terrible experience with this store.i bought my airpods pro3 only a month ,the right side does not chargeable,i chat with customer service online,she said i still can exchange or return in store.when i driving 20
mins ,they said it already out of return policy ,they not gonna exchange it.the manager so rude ,i will nerver purchase with best buy again in th future.
