I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the manager on duty. He showed no willingness to assist me or provide genuine customer support, and his negative attitude toward customers gave the impression that this behavior is acceptable.
This kind of conduct does not reflect the professionalism or customer care I would expect from Best Buy management. I strongly believe this behavior should be reviewed and addressed to ensure future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
Based on this experience, I would give 0 out of 5 stars.
The manager on duty, JB, was extremely unprofessional. I purchased a Switch in December 2025 and it is no longer working. I asked him to assist me in contacting Nintendo for support, but he refused to help in any way. From the start, he showed no intention of helping and displayed zero customer service empathy.
If this is the kind of attitude tolerated from store management, it reflects very poorly on Best Buy as a company. It makes it seem like customer satisfaction is not a priority, only the sale.
This experience was so disappointing that it has made me seriously question ever shopping at Best Buy again. A manager should represent the company with professionalism and a willingness to help customers, not dismiss them when they need assistance.
