I wish I could give a negative star review. We will never purchase another item at Best Buy. We purchased a Panasonic phone KX-TGE633 and it's pure JUNK. The sound quality on this phone is horrible and all incoming and outgoing voices sound like people have speech impediments. The statics is really bad, we can't hear them and they can't hear us. On top of that the battery doesn't even last 12 hours. When we tried to exchange it at Best Buy we were told that the 15 day return window had expired. We didn't buy an extended warranty because we thought we were purchasing a quality product. Neither Panasonic not Best Buy stand behind the quality. In the future, we will be purchasing from other companies that sell better products and stand behind the quality with a reasonable return policy.
