I ordered and received a brand new soundbar and Sony TV in August. It was set up and then they stopped working together. I have called to get the Geek Squad to help. They couldn’t arrange a time for them to come for over 2 weeks as they did not have the availability. I finally got a date and they want a 24 hour window to give you a time. That was this morning and they just cancelled. I had rearranged my schedule around them and called customer service. They rescheduled me not immediately but in another week. My TV and sound bar are still not fixed and I now have to wait another 24 hour window to find the time that the technician will arrive. There are many other stores that I could have purchased these items. I had faith in Best Buy and will now re-evaluate their service!
