Walked in and was immediately greeted and guided to what I needed a friendly employee named semir helped me find the Apple Watch that I needed to train for my navy boot camp even though they didn’t have it in store he still showed me the other options to get and I eventually went with the series 3 model if it wasn’t due to availability of the product I would’ve got it but great customer service all around will be stopping by here for any of technology needs.

I was there on May 26 2026 buying Airpods. AJ assisted me with getting them and checking out. He asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, I declined. He says "okay you can enter your card," I insert my card into the machine. The machine loads up a prompt saying "would you like to sign up for a membership?" AJ REACHES OVER THE COUNTER AND PUSHES YES FOR ME WITH HIS FINGER. I said "Hey AJ, I said I did want the membership" and unapologetically he went on explaining how it would save me money and I could get better deals.
So AJ tried to trick me into signing up for a membership I explicitly told him I did not want. He reached over and operated the card machine when my card was inside of it. His actions were extremely dishonest and untrustworthy to myself and the company.
