The moment I came through the doors, Jayden greated me with a smile , followed by the best customer service, I have had in awhile! He went above and beyond, by answering my questions. Beleive me when I say , I had more than a few ! So informative , never once did I think we was looking to OVERsell me. Everything he suggested , can with an informative explanation. Edit: Addressing the the "Owner" response Your response comes across as out of touch and generic. If you had actually read and understood my review, you would know that I already handled the situation myself—I don’t need "clarity" or for you to take a "closer look." I also don’t need to reach out through your platforms—I called the number on my card and got the charge reversed on my own. An apology would have been more appropriate, but clearly, the people responding to these reviews either don’t read them or lack the ability to respond like an actual human. Original Review: Buyer Beware! I purchased a computer last year for work and opened a credit card to finance it. I made my payments on time and paid off the balance within a few months. Fast forward a year, and I suddenly receive a $191.42 charge on my card—one I haven’t used in nearly eight months—for a "BESTBUY RENEWAL" subscription that I never authorized. To make matters worse, the representative informed me that I had two additional subscriptions scheduled to be charged soon. I disputed the charge immediately by calling the number on the back of my card. After speaking with four different representatives, I finally got the charge removed. While I still have my original receipt, they didn’t even ask for it. Given these unexpected charges, I decided to close the card for peace of mind. It’s frustrating that we not only have to guard against scammers but also the very companies we purchase from. Thankfully, I had alerts set up on my card to notify me of any new transactions—otherwise, I might not have caught this charge in time. Always monitor your statements, even if you haven't used your card, and set up alerts to catch unauthorized transactions. To enable alerts, log in to your online account and navigate to: Manage Account ➡ Account Alerts ➡ Manage Alerts From there, toggle the alerts ON to receive email notifications based on your selected preferences. This simple step can help you catch fraudulent or unexpected charges before they become a bigger issue.
