Between centralized call center and installation team at Holyoke store, nobody figured out over multiple weeks that the parts RECOMMENDED by Best Buy supposedly wouldn't fit my truck until two hours before appointment. And of course they didn't have that part in stock. Completely unacceptable and overly frustrating. Do I want to reschedule? No--I'm going to any other installer in the area that will welcome the business and not waste my time.
