Tried getting a iPhone 17 pro max for an upgrade told me I can get the phone but can’t use the promotion for Verizon I would need to visit the Verizon store. They can’t see my bill or help me with the promotion that Verizon sent me as I was showing him. Called before heading to the store and told me otherwise on the phone. Guy was extremely high. Terrible service.

We came to trade in numerous items and buy upgrades for our computers and every employee was efficient and friendly. Lei stood out and was phenomenal with pure customer service, she had patience and a smile the entire time for our 30 minute endeavor.

Horrible last visit to this Best Buy. Walked in the Saturday after Black Friday, clearly they didn't have a heavy Black Friday because they were not even packed the day after either and most shelves were still well stocked. I don't even have to imagine why though, because despite not being absolutely packed they had basically nobody manning checkouts, and all of the checkouts were diverted to a makeshift singular checkout taking up part of the service desk which I actively watched the person manning it walk away from and leave unattended while having random taped arrows on the ground that led you entirely away from it towards the Geek Squad desk to start the line. Needless to say whatever items I intended to buy just got left on a shelf at that point and I walked out. Pretty terrible experience considering I've been a patron of that mall with my parents since the day this Best Buy opened and somehow got the worst experience when Black Friday has basically died in physical locations.

I picked up my new laptop here and the people there were really fast and straightforward with their work. No delay, no distractions, no bs. Depending on the wait time of the line, and the person you get, you should be genuinely well-satisfied with the quickness and productivity of their jobs.
