I walk in to look for a card restock, and I’m greeted and asked if I needed help…3 times in less than 40 seconds. I walked right out. I’m just looking for what I want and I’m out. I’m not the demographic that needs help. If I needed it, I’ll ask. This over communicating stuff the staff is probably trained to do is too much and is deterring me from going in. It’s insane because my thought going into the store was that if I’m bothered excessively,I’m leaving,and that’s what I did. I work in retail as well. I respect the wanting to serve people well, but overdoing it is really bad as well. Do better guys.
