Best Buy Cape Cod

Had to file a complaint with the attorney general today about this store. More specifically about the supervisor there name Orville. Tried purchasing an item that was listed at $74.99. Wanted to charge me $99.99, so I told them Massachusetts consumer law requires stores to sell at lowest advertised price, they said someone could have moved it. I told them it doesn’t matter because you’re not the one who can decide that. Actually in Massachusetts the only one who can decide that is a judge ( I called the attorney general hotline and that's bar for bar what they told me.) Anyways that doesn’t matter cause I told them they could check the cameras and see that I can upon it already there. Anyways, Orville lied to me about that, said he was the only manager on shift I could speak too. Then basically told me that there was no resolution for me besides illegally charging me the $99.99. So here we are, someone on the autistic spectrum with a HUGE anxiety disorder having to get a resolution from the AG. Would love it if the store manager could call me to figure this out. As the way we made me feel was horrible and inexcusable. Protect your consumer right people. If you don’t, they’ll get trampled on.
