I went in a few weeks ago to look at a new TV. I wasn't really sure what I wanted or needed. Gabe was awesome! He explained all the new technologies to me and was great at making recommendations that would help pick which TV woulf fit me better. He was patient and very well spoken. When I came back a few days ago to make the purchase he took great care of me by answering my final questions and checking me out. Gabe ROCKS!

Went in to find a replacement for a broken IPhone clip on case and charger for my husband. Staff made us feel as if we were a bother to them. Walked out and will not be coming back.

I really wanted to give this new Best Buy location a chance, especially since I was shopping for a new electric range today. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing.
After I found a range I was interested in, I went to the front and asked for someone to help me. I was told someone would come over, but after waiting about 10-15 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the front again and was told they were too busy and that no one was available to help. There were very few customers in the store at the time, so it was frustrating to see several employees around but still not be able to get assistance.
I was trying to compare a few different ranges and delivery dates. I eventually got some information on one model, but I still didn’t feel like I could really compare my options.
So I went to Home Depot, where Paul — probably in his 70s, wearing his little orange apron and smiling the whole time — patiently checked model after model and delivery date after delivery date for me. I ended up buying the $899 LG from Home Depot even though Best Buy had a $749 LG (different model) I was considering. Apparently good old-fashioned customer service really does matter.
