Nat with the geek squad was absolutely the best!
We wanted to Thank Dylan from the Cape Cod Best Buy for helping us with an over charge. issue. We had purchased a dryer and the next day we opted to purchase a better one. During the exchange process an overcharge was made. We saw this immediately and call this out and where told this charge would go away. It did not after a 2 week period. We spent over an hour being handed off to various online chat agents whom where rude and basically told us there was nothing wrong and then finally speaking to someone to try and rectify the issue. Only to be told we had to drive the 64 miles to the store we purchased the dryer to rectify the over charge. Dylan was the 1st person we met upon entering the store. Even though his shift had ended he stayed and waited patiently for a manager to come which never happened. Then he went through our order and charges while we brought up our credit card history. After reviewing it was clear a few mistakes had been made. Orville a 2nd agent came to review the order and gave us a store credit for the over charged amount. They have restore my trust in Best Buy. Thank you both for taking the time to rectify something that should not have happened in the 1st place. I hope the Cape Cod MA Best Buy appreciates having you both as employees.

My elderly father was taken advantage of and sold a service that Best Buy couldn't deliver - and their resolution/customer service team is a joke. I will NEVER use Best Buy again and will tell everyone of this experience.
My 89 year old father spent over $2000 on a TV that included 'free install and delivery'. The Geek squad scheduled and rescheduled (4 times) to install over the period of 1 1/2 months. Each scheduled delivery the Geek Squad gave an excuse for why they couldn't install that day.
Insult to injury - After calling to return the TV (since they wouldn't install per the contract) we were told we were out of the 30 day window and would have to contact the manufacturer for a refund. In trying to resolve the situation, we were on hold with three different 'customer service' representatives for over three hours - each call ending with excuses for why they couldn't help, or worse, disconnecting us.
Do not use Best Buy. Their free delivery and install is a scam.
