Usually my go to BestBuy for everything from laptop accessories to gaming, but was disappointed today. I went in to buy an Auraring, they didn’t have my size, so the guy at checkout ordered it for me. In the wrong color, after I specified three times the size and color. It would’nt be a problem if I could just exchange it, but I have to cancel the order and repurchase. (Obviously the refund is 7-10 business days) So instead of an already hefty 500$ purchase, Im down 1k until the refund.
The Saga continues:
I noticed about 30 minutes after the order that it was wrong, and cancelled it via the Best Buy App. The order then went into “request processing/pending”. A few hours later, I get a notification that the ring has shipped. So not only did the cashier order the wrong ring, but my cancellation request was denied and they shipped it anyways. I called (now for the 3rd time about this order) and they did confirm that my request was denied but couldn’t tell me a reason. So now I have to wait until that is shipped and take it back to the store in person, delaying the refund further for a ring I never wanted in the first place.

Awful location even for best buy, employees are miserable and would rather say they cant help you than process a return.

Not Much at all and was Extremely Easy to Look around and Staff is Extremely Friendly asking if you need Help and Always Try to Help you Get the Correct item
