Told ahead of time by calling AI system then requesting real person that 45$ restocking fee would not be applied. Before purchase lied to by employees that said phone purchase was compatible. Physically threatened by employee who would not give full refund. Disrespected and belittled( flipped off and smirked)by employees. Can't actually get a real person or manager to talk to. Told by the person that rang up my transaction and pushed enter instead of me at a point of contention that he would've " beat me outside " nice place . Yes really me. Hopefully tough guy BB employees don't come after me. How is the rating so high when most people complain
