After my 5 year old cellphone went missing I was in a right panic... I went to Best Buy on January 31, 2025 and spoke to Tyler at the Leominster store about the situation... I needed to keep my phone number. I was hopeful that all my contacts could be recovered. And I wanted to walk out of there with a functioning phone... Tyler was absolutely great... Walked me through the androids, discussed the merits, and then figured out how to troubleshoot an impossible situation which is that my recovery code was my phone number which was missing and thus could not receive a text...
Tyler figured out that by changing the recovery phone number to the store phone, we were able to access the windows needed to set up my new phone. He went above and beyond, was unfailingly pleasant and polite, and most important professional so I could be on my way in a short amount of time. Thanks Tyler. I have only bought my cell phones at Best Buy. I have no interest in ever buying electronics online. Brick and mortar stores are crucial in North Central Mass, as there is still a digital divide in this part of the state.
Employees like Tyler are key to the success of local stores, which are essential to the local economy.
Do not buy anything from this store if you want to be able to return it.. Best Buy is not returning any Christmas presents. This company is stealing from people, stay away..
Tried telling me that because Xbox Series X is backwards. Compatible that an Xbox Series X game would work on an Xbox One.....

I came to change the battery iny key Fob and the worker broke the fob. When I went to speak with the manager he said there's nothing he can do. They did there part in helping me change my battery.
