Most store employees are helpless. I am repeatedly told to go speak to another employee when asking a question, including being told to go back and forth between two employees. Upon realizing the store inventory was off (common issue NBD) the employee acted as if I was pulling teeth to place the order online and have the item shipped to store. 11 days later with no tracking or shipping updates I went back to Best Buy and was informed that even though I was charged the full amount for the item, it was never actually ordered. I was informed that the item would be pulled from another store to be delivered to my home same day, that sounded great. Later in the evening I received an email saying the item inventory at the other store was also off and I would need to choose a different pickup location or standard shipping, I replied I would accept the standard shipping to avoid going to another store and being told the inventory was off again. Today I received an email stating that with standard shipping I will be receiving the item 4/30/25 over 1 month after I was supposed to have picked up the item in store that was in stock. I could have purchased the item elsewhere same day without the hassle, Best Buy just happened to be more convenient. I will not be making this mistake again. Best Buy should seek and train better store employee standards.

I was so nervous to get a laptop for school until I was greeted and taught by a young man named HAMMAD on what I needed ! He is by far one of the smartest people I ever have had the pleasure to speak to. He is a much needed asset to this establishment. Not only was HAMMAD professional and smart but was extremely helpful and kind! What a wonderful experience this was and if I could leave more stars for this wonderful young man then I would in a heart beat ! Thank you so much HAMMAD if you see this i appreciate you very much! You saved me from getting something I shouldn’t have !!

I recently visited this Best Buy to have a dash camera installed in my new car, and I have to say, the experience was great. The installation tech was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain its features, ensured a clean and professional installation by neatly hiding all the wires, and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left. Setting up the appointment was also a smooth process. When I initially called, I explained that I wanted the wires hidden, the camera to power on with my car, and for it not to be plugged into the cigarette lighter. The person on the phone was very helpful and let me know I’d need an additional cable to make that happen. Thanks to their advice, I was able to order it ahead of time and have it ready for the installation. As for the store itself, it was well-organized with plenty of products on the shelves. However, I was a little disappointed that the only person who greeted me was the loss prevention staff at the front. I spent some time walking around and browsing different departments, and while the store wasn’t too busy, it would have been nice to have an associate check in with me. Overall, I had a positive experience, especially with the installation service, and I’d definitely consider returning for future tech needs.
