Complete joke. The store could not accept returns, despite policy stating that marketplace items could be returned to the store unless they were too large and delivered on a delivery vehicle. The manager confirmed that I read the policy correctly and that the issue has been raised to upper level regional management, who "dont't care". When your employees acknowledge the deceptive management and practices that take advantage of customers, time to boycott shopping at Best Buy.

I made an appointment to have an issue on my laptop fixed. I had described exactly what was needed. Five min before arriving, ie I was just across the street by now, I was told by phone nothing could be done. I went in anyway, the geek (their moniker, not mine) gave it a five second try, said nope, can't be done (was a keyboard issue), and told me he could have phoned earlier but was busy. No idea if he's right, but I know he needlessly wasted over two hours of my time, and effectively told me he could not care less. I had bought the laptop in the same store. Last product I buy there
