If you want the worst customer service and people who don’t care after you buy their products this store is for you. I purchased two electric scooters from this Best Buy and they both broke and they refused to help me. I am truly saddened at how Best Buy took my hard earned money then left me and my kids high and dry and were rude whole doing it.

The first thing that springs to mind is how accommodating and kind every worker was. I interacted with two deprecate staff members who were both happy to assist and see to it that I was taken care of right away. They also thoroughly addressed and clarified any queries I had. Very articulate and professional people. made me feel at ease and is highly recommended.
I went to this store to purchase a laptop for college. I had originally was looking at an openbox one, but the person I worked with, Lex, told me that one wasn't the best option. He pointed me into the direction of a few others, and it was the best option. I am in love with my laptop. He helped me apply for the credit card which helped a lot with my purchase. When checking out, we had some help with Guy in the GeekSquad department, and both of them were hilarious! Wicked nice guys and they are on top of their knowledge! 100% recommend getting all of your electronics from these two!
