Hello,
I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent in-store experience while shopping for Christmas party gifts. I want to be clear up front: I ultimately made my purchases and was happy with what I bought, but the experience getting there was far below what I expect from Best Buy.
I understand it’s the holiday season and that things are busy. However, at the time of my visit there were only a handful of other customers in the store, while plenty of employees were on the floor. Despite that, the store itself was disorganized and cluttered. Shelves were messy, many items were not where they were supposed to be, and pricing was often incorrect or unclear. It made what should have been a straightforward shopping trip far more time-consuming than necessary.
I came in with a prepared list and the intention of spending around $1,200. I ended up spending closer to $1,300, so this isn’t a complaint about product availability or willingness to buy. It’s about execution. The time it took to locate items, verify pricing, and get assistance was frustrating, especially given the staffing levels at the time.
Christmas is not a surprise. It happens every year, and retailers have ample time to prepare for the increased demand and expectations that come with it. Organization, accurate pricing, and basic store upkeep are foundational to a good customer experience, not optional extras.
I’m sharing this feedback because I expect better from Best Buy, and I hope it’s taken constructively to improve in-store standards — especially during the most important retail season of the year.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Best regards,
Paul Pasquale

Over the months of August & September 2025, (like many other seniors), I was ‘compelled’ by Microsoft to upgrade my Windows 10 O.S. for my {desktop} P.C. For me this meant a whole new P.C.
I am extremely grateful for the stellar accomplishments by Jesse Ake in Sales; as well as Chris Loesch in the Geek Squad. Jesse gave his time to assure I understood and was happy with my purchase of a new Dell All-in-One. Chris also gave me his time to the set up the details of my new O.S. to suit my needs. Sure, it helped that I have a ‘My Best Buy Total’ subscription. Other cheerfully helpful employees were Jarrod at the Geek Squad desk, as well as Hisham Khan.
Crew members very helpful
Chris was very helpful and new his job well.
