unbelievable horrible service. I bought a phone 2 days ago and having issues and went in and asked for help. they said they could charge me to look at the phone, WHAT. I just bought the phone. They said if I have to replace the phone with a different one they would need to charge me to a restocking fee, WHAT!!! I just bought the phone. I can not believe you have that little disregard for customer service. 2 days ago. !!!! how is this a thing. disgusted!! with the customer service of this store manager.
Emily at the Mansfield Best Buy was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help me, first to find what I was looking for, ( a tv wall mount ) then making sure it was what I needed, then .... ringing me out super fast so that I could get my work done. Thank you Emily for your help. That's how customers would like to be taken care of !! 6 stars for Emily !!!
Geek squad staff are top notch and the store manager is by far the best
This should be an electric scooter not a wheel chair. Young employees very helpful.
