unbelievable horrible service. I bought a phone 2 days ago and having issues and went in and asked for help. they said they could charge me to look at the phone, WHAT. I just bought the phone. They said if I have to replace the phone with a different one they would need to charge me to a restocking fee, WHAT!!! I just bought the phone. I can not believe you have that little disregard for customer service. 2 days ago. !!!! how is this a thing. disgusted!! with the customer service of this store manager.

I went to the Best buy in Seekonk later that day;;;; WOW
"night and day" difference. Not only did they welcome me and say what can I do to help but I had multiple people helping me. They seemed very surprised that anyone would suggest I would need to pay for assistance on a two day old purchase. Kudos to Seekonk Best buy AND they fixed my problem!!
Emily at the Mansfield Best Buy was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help me, first to find what I was looking for, ( a tv wall mount ) then making sure it was what I needed, then .... ringing me out super fast so that I could get my work done. Thank you Emily for your help. That's how customers would like to be taken care of !! 6 stars for Emily !!!
Geek squad staff are top notch and the store manager is by far the best
This should be an electric scooter not a wheel chair. Young employees very helpful.
