DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE AT BEST BUY! We were supposed to have a dishwasher delivered and installed 8 days ago. After opening the box, the delivery/installation guys pointed out it was damaged, then reassured us that when it was returned that night that we would receive a link to reschedule delivery/installation/take-away. Never received link. Now no one at Best Buy has any idea how to reschedule us for redelivery/installation since apparently the computer system looks like our damaged dishwasher is still sitting on a truck ready to be delivered to us. We spoke to "Alex" last night, who reassured us he would just call installation team and then we'd get a call within 2 hours to tell us what time they are coming today. He said it was very simple. No phone call. Apparently not that simple.
We've tried rescheduling 2 more times, both online and through the store, spoken to at least 6 people, was disconnected and reconnected to a second agent online after waiting to speak to a "supervisor", and now we're "waiting" for the installation "supervisor" to call back to let us know what to do. We've taken 2 different days off of work for nothing. Now it says our dishwasher is out of stock! We originally placed the order 11 days ago!
We just want to cancel our order but apparently Best Buy can't even do that because it looks like our dishwasher is sitting on a truck somewhere. And we paid with our Best Buy card. An absolute nightmare. We will never buy an appliance through Best Buy again. God forbid it comes damaged.

Best Buy is the only place I go to for all of my electronics. They help our with everything from phones to printers to tv to washing machines. Their warranties are amazing. I won't go anywhere!!!

Really good experience with the customer service here. However ever since Christmas they have been sending people over to try to check you out when you're still shopping. For goodness sakes please lay off and let the employees pick a good time to go speak to someone. The last two times I went here I had every single employee tried to check me out while I'm still shopping. Then when I go to check out they are all gone because I told them I'm still shopping.
