The sales associate who helped me was Paul. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of computers that the store had in stock with the specifications I was looking for, and within my budget. After helping me with a couple of accessories, he suggested I apply for a Best Buy credit card. By paying for my purchase that way I was able to save a couple of hundred dollars. I then went to the Geek squad with my new computer and my old computer and because I decided to get a maintenance plan they'll swap out any information, down loadable files, photos etc. At no cost to me. Overall my experience was stress free and as enjoyable as it could be when you're spending money, of which they saved me some and kept me within my budget. And during the whole time Paul was walking me through it from start to finish. He is an exemplary employee. I will be shopping at the Mansfield Best Buy again. Thank you. Dan McKinnon

Jared L. greeted me at the door. When I said I needed to replace a Microsoft Surface, he took me straight to the shelf, looked up the options, confirmed compatibility with my existing keyboard, and sent me to the Dedham store where they had a configuration I liked in stock on sale for 30% off. Great to see someone who know his store so well, and is able to translate that into helping customers.
