*I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Best Buy in August 2025. After using them for a few times the dryer stopped heating. I called Best Buy to have it inspected; they sent someone out a few days later, but they told me to contact the manufacturer, claiming they weren't responsible.
After that, I contacted the manufacturer. They came to inspect it three times but still couldn't resolve the issue. We have waited and called numerous times requesting a replacement, but they refused. They keep insisting on repairs, but they can't seem to fix it, which is now interfering with my business operations—even though I purchased a one-year warranty from Best Buy.
I shop at many different places, but I have never encountered customer service like this. I am incredibly disappointed with how Best Buy handles their business.

Guy was an awesome sales associate. Super informative and made me laugh and have fun during my time there. Definitely recommend in-store shopping here as opposed to online!
