Best Buy charged me a geek squad subscription on my Best Buy credit card without my permission bybsaying they were just looking me up before helping me. They then were unable to help with my Apple computer because it would breach their contract with Apple & that I needed to go to the Apple Store for help with my computer. They then told me they charged me and that they would refund me in which they did but then after the refund they charged me again for a subscription: I didn’t find out until a year later when I got a statement (I never use my Best Buy credit card) and when I contacted Citibank they told me I needed to talk to geek squad in which I received only partial refund so I had to call back several times in which h I was told I would be refunded in full but still have yet to be. I keep reaching some woman with a heavy accent who doesn’t seem to have anyone else she can transfer me to who will be able to help. You cannot get in touch with anyone at any time it is ridiculous and I still have this pending charge on my card.

*​I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer from Best Buy in August 2025. After using them for a few times the dryer stopped heating. I called Best Buy to have it inspected; they sent someone out a few days later, but they told me to contact the manufacturer, claiming they weren't responsible. ​After that, I contacted the manufacturer. They came to inspect it three times but still couldn't resolve the issue. We have waited and called numerous times requesting a replacement, but they refused. They keep insisting on repairs, but they can't seem to fix it, which is now interfering with my business operations—even though I purchased a one-year warranty from Best Buy. ​I shop at many different places, but I have never encountered customer service like this. I am incredibly disappointed with how Best Buy handles their business.

Guy was an awesome sales associate. Super informative and made me laugh and have fun during my time there. Definitely recommend in-store shopping here as opposed to online!
