Jared was a friendly and knowledgeable young man. He helped us quickly find exactly what we needed with cell phone cases, answered questions and offered help if we wanted to order a similar item to be delivered to the store if needed. He checked us out as his register by the cell phone area as well. I don't come in as often anymore, but if Jared is there, I definitely will. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy because of the manager Kevin not allowing us to check into our appointment early when there was no other customers. On top of that when another customer came in early they let her check in immediately. One of the workers Jessy that was “helping us” was constantly complaining about how he hates Apple so much and he hates his system. This experience was super unwelcoming and I will never go back again.
