Scheduling an appointment to have a computer worked on is a great idea, however, the person who does the scheduling will ask your issue and then tell you "yeah we can definitely do that" even when they definitely cannot. The person scheduling appointments shouldn't be making promises the company can't keep. If you are even a little tech savvy there is no point in talking to feel squad because they likely can't do more than an average PC gamer.

Geek squad, the man was really nice I didn’t catch his name but I was a few minutes late to my appointment but he still took me and was informative. I had issues with my Mac Pro touchbar and wanted to get it fixed (it fixed itself) but he was able to guide me on how to troubleshoot at home if I run into any issues which Apple didn’t provide me when I went to them and instead told me it would cost $600 without even looking at my computer
