Associate was very helpful & friendly
Whoever was working in the front/online pick up desk around 730pm on April 11, 2025, was the rudest Best Buy employee I've ever encountered. Didn't care to help me, abrasive and just overall rude. You work in costumer bro, you shouldn't act that way. Anyway, I had another pick up scheduled here, but I'd rather drive an hour, than step foot into this store again.

Horrible return experience. I bought a TV and had a 15 day return window. Couple days ago the TV kept doing weird stuff with the colors. I was still within the return window as shown on the web site. The store would not accept the return because they said it was past the return date and I literally had the thing saying I had until tomorrow to return it. The main Best Buy number confirmed that I was eligible for the return and that any store could assist me.
