Best buy has a few useful items, but they are usually expensive.
I don’t get how scalpers take over the pokemon cards packs everywhere to the point where I called multiple different times if and when the blooming waters bundle was going to be there. They told me yes but different times each time, yesterday they told me they start selling online when the store opens, then I called earlier this morning and was told 12, waited online and nothing. I don’t understand how theres not better control on these cards so everyone gets them fairly.

Terrible customer service. I bought a laptop as a birthday gift for my wife. I bought it early because it was on a good deal. She didn't open it and try to use it until about 3 weeks after my purchase. It was dead out of the box, wouldn't charge or power on. I tried to exchange it for a new one at Best Buy and was told they have a 15 day exchange policy, even for defective products. They wouldn't do anything for me unless I bought a membership I didn't want. How can a supposedly reputable company not stand behind the products it sells for more than 15 days?!
