Placed a curbside order, waited about a half hour & they never came out. Tried to call the store, was directed to a useless AI Bot, then directed to a customer service rep. who told me there was nothing he could do to help me & it was impossible to speak with anyone at the store. Had my twin babies in the car with me, was unable to go inside so I cancelled the order. Wasted my time, if you can't support curbside then you shouldn't even have the option to do it.

I was very disappointed with how this Best Buy handled a recent product release. At other Best Buy locations I’ve visited, high-demand items are typically kept behind the counter and distributed by employees in an organized manner to customers waiting in line. This location chose to place the products in containers on the sales floor and allow customers to grab them on their own. That approach created a chaotic and unfair experience. Customers were able to take multiple items at once, pass products to friends, and potentially clear out inventory before others who had patiently waited in line had a fair opportunity to make a purchase. It raises the question of why customers should follow the rules and wait their turn when there is no structured process once the doors open. Best Buy should consider adopting the same release-day procedures that many of its other stores successfully use. Keeping limited or high-demand products behind the counter and distributing them in an orderly fashion helps create a fair experience for everyone. As someone who took the time to arrive early and wait in line, I left feeling that the release was poorly managed and did not provide equal opportunities for customers who were genuinely there to purchase the product.

Every other Best Buy I’ve been to follows a simple process: keep the product behind the counter and have employees distribute it to customers in line. This location decided to put everything in containers on the sales floor and let customers grab whatever they wanted. This creates a chaotic and unfair situation where people can take multiple items, hand products off to friends, or clear out inventory before others who have been waiting in line get a fair chance. What’s the point of standing in line and following the rules if there is no organized system once the doors open? Management and employees need to do better and follow the same release-day procedures that other Best Buy locations successfully use. Keeping high-demand items behind the counter and distributing them in an orderly manner helps ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to purchase the product. As a customer who took the time to wait in line, I left feeling the process was poorly managed and unfair to everyone who was trying to buy the product legitimately.
