EJ is a great salesman. He helped me place my order for an iPhone 15. He was very patient and kind. Great service!
Placed a curbside order, waited about a half hour & they never came out. Tried to call the store, was directed to a useless AI Bot, then directed to a customer service rep. who told me there was nothing he could do to help me & it was impossible to speak with anyone at the store. Had my twin babies in the car with me, was unable to go inside so I cancelled the order. Wasted my time, if you can't support curbside then you shouldn't even have the option to do it.
