Thanks to Kenn for helping us try to find our computer today because... Fedex said it was delivered, it was not. No signature and picture of package left is not our house! We used Best Buy credit card for free delivery, I'd rather pay UPS, FedEx stinks

Had a great experience with Elias A. ! He was very helpful with my purchase, explained everything clearly & made the process quick & easy. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & provided excellent customer service! He’s a great asset to your company!
Came in with a broken devise that had a warranty with the store. after waiting for them to confirm the phone did not indeed work I was told I had to call a a number and would have a new phone sent to me. Called them the next day and was refused. They said that these warranties made in a physical store could only be carried out by the physical store.
Here I am thanksgiving day unable to call my family because One company cant figure out their own policies.
A massive waste of my time and energy for what I thought would be a protection plan. I would never bother buying something here thinking you actually have a warranty
