I believe it was a man named James, tall African American man who sold me my pc. Claimed a random 200 dollar total was a financing fee when it was a total membership and also told me I was purchasing a 40 dollar mouse and instead got me a 150 dollar one. Claimed that the 200 dollar warranty would be nil because of the size of my order and the 10% cash back. He set me up with 150 dollar installments totaling up to about 3600 when it should have been 2000. I went in there to spend 1500 and it unnerved me when he said "I already came in willing to spend '1800' so why not?"
His integrity and my experience with best buy are both horrible. I paid off my pc after 2 installments after discovering his lies. Just buy your stuff outright. UNBELIEVABLE.

I needed to buy a laptop for my girlfriend school. It needed 16 GB and Windows11 to be able to be used for school not only did we get a great laptop that was almost half off. There was a Google Chrome representative and Lenovo representative who helped find a Best Buy representative who looked high and low to find the last laptop that was on sale so everything worked out perfect they did an amazing job as a team and I’m very happy for every woman’s contributions for my girlfriend’s laptop. !!! Shout out to Kenn Barber, and Larell Mumford from Best Buy who finished the purchas. (Chromebook representative was busy with another customer so he’s not in the photo
