Didn’t buy anything quite yet, but I talked with Caesar for a good 45 minutes about which laptop we should pick and he was a genuine pleasure to chat with. He was super respectful and genuine and was one of the most helpful employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting help from. This is a five star review just for Caesar. Thanks buddy.

I stopped by Best Buy today to buy a floor fan. It's not an expensive item, but I wanted to know one simple thing before buying it: how does it actually work?
I asked if they could open the box so I could hear how loud it was and see how strong the airflow was. The answer was, "We can't open the box."
So how is a customer supposed to make an informed purchase? A fan isn't something you can judge by looking at a picture on the box. Noise level and airflow are exactly what matter.
If stores can't open a box, they should at least have a display model available for customers to try. Otherwise, you're asking people to buy blindly.
Really disappointing customer service.
