BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a new HP Envy laptop from this shop and is has never worked right. In spite of several remote repair sessions with Geek Squad it has never worked right. What did happen was that they remote downloaded corrupt files onto it which corrupted the operating system. Then the battery died and the laptop wouldn't even start or charge. I took it in to have Geek Squad at the store repair it. Not only did they not repair the battery issue the dented my laptop and pulled the whole frame of the computer out of shape by opening it roughly, possibly with an inappropriate tool. Of course, they refuse to admit they did any of that but I have photos of all the damage and a 3rd party assessment from another computer repair professional to prove it. Of course, HP now won't honor my active warranty either because of the physical damage made by Best Buy employees and Im now down the cost of a laptop that to buy new is over $1,000. Corporate is also no help so buy your tech devices absolutely anywhere else!! As for Best Buy, see you in small claims court!
Woman at front desk was too old to understand price matching. A fairly ordinary exchange proved too difficult to comprehend. Upon failing to pull up the price on Walmart.com, she grew very defensive, acting like I was maybe trying to pull a fast one on old Best Buy for a quick $6. Entrusting that function to her is quite a baffling call.
*Best Buy Corporate fixed this completely. I messaged them on Instagram, and Aaron was super helpful.

Amazing service! I went to the geek squad here with my broken LED screen, and they fixed it right up in a few days! All employees here are very cooperative and kind. Nice displays on new devices and a very big selection. Will come again!
