Purchased a headset on oct 12th, found headset won’t turn on or charge. Requested to exchange for same item and was denied due to 2 days past a 15-day “return/exchange policy” and was told there wasn’t anything they can do. Update: Was able to get in touch with a manager Ryan after a few days and some phone calls, he was able to resolve the situation promptly and I appreciate the help from this frustrating situation

Customer service not really helping unless you have a service contract with them for the devices you bought there.
