I was really disappointed that the Best Buy in Millbury at the mall did not carry Oura rings. They did carry the new Samsung ring. It seems to me they should have had the best selling most popular ring.
Had a power supply error on my HP laptop and the guys at Geek Squad took the time to actually eyeball it and found a pin connector had come unstuck. They fixed it and charged me only $28.
It would have cost me $85 just for shipping to HP for warranty service.
Honest, smart and efficient- USE THE GEEK SQUAD AT THIS BEST BUY

Went to buy an electric scooter for work. Employee Conner W. Hope I’m spelling that right. He Immediately saw me and began helping me choose the best one for my needs and look over headphones. His knowledge, friendly demeanor and kindness was unmatched. Highly suggest shopping here and asking for Connor!!!
I purchased an open box sound bar in excellent condition but when we got it home, it was missing power cord. I thought it would be easy enough to fix by sending a new one or used one out to my home, but I was told on the Customer service line that was not an option. I would have to drive back to a Best Buy, which is 45 minutes away from me and return the entire item.
Really frustrating and disappointing experience.
