As a LONG time Best Buy lover, I just cannot handle these guys anymore. Staff on the floor consists of super young kids who do not know anything about their product, but that’s not the big problem. Need help at all? You’re calling an Indian call center. Want to call the store? You’re getting rerouted to the call center. And then they want you to wait 6 weeks for a washer and dryer delivery after they screwed up the initial delivery attempt. I’m out. They’re happy to take Americans money but don’t want to hire Americans. Sad!
Edit (after BB reply): Dear Bobby, if you’d like to “look into this” then you’re welcome to call me and talk about it person to person…the way business should be done.

Jacob at the Greek Squad was a great help. Very willing to assist. Couldn't have been better.
My autistic brother shopped there last night and was hounded by an employee being very disrespectful to him. Employees need to learn customer service and not just think people are STEALING. Will definitely be speaking to corporate for this type of unnecessary behavior.
