I recently went to Best Buy with my mother and had a great experience. She knows nothing about technology or what she needed. A kind employee named Mo had a great conversation with her, helped her solve her issue within her budget, and made her laugh. I recommend this Best Buy and Mo.
Store said they had it... got there out of stock on the shelf. Whole sections were empty.
My first time ever in this store. lady at pick up, didn’t catch her name but the blonde women. The interaction from the very beginning was rude. i came to pick up an order and when asked a question, i didn’t quite understand what she was asking and she seemed almost impatient or frustrated with me.

The 30-40 year old lady at the register should be ashamed of the way she treats people. Super rude, and mind you we were going to spend $800. Her words after giving us attitude with every question asked “ now I have to do everything all over again” because she failed to ask me for my zip code and instead put the wrong one that was on my license. I had no idea it was such an inconvenience to help a customer out. Would have preferred the nice gentleman she shoved aside to keep working with us because he went above and beyond to get us a sizing kit that she was insisting was “out of stock”. She stole his sale for her selfish needs.
