Customer service really sucks here. Walked it at 7:30pm to purchase two Meta AI glasses. There were at least 5 or 6 sales people chit-chatting away and others in the same area opening boxes. Not one of the asked if I needed any help. I went up to the cashier who said he’d send someone to help. Waited 20 minutes at the display and no one ever came. Mind you, the store was practically empty.

I believe it was a man named James, tall African American man who sold me my pc. Claimed a random 200 dollar total was a financing fee when it was a total membership and also told me I was purchasing a 40 dollar mouse and instead got me a 150 dollar one. Claimed that the 200 dollar warranty would be nil because of the size of my order and the 10% cash back. He set me up with 150 dollar installments totaling up to about 3600 when it should have been 2000. I went in there to spend 1500 and it unnerved me when he said "I already came in willing to spend '1800' so why not?"
His integrity and my experience with best buy are both horrible. I paid off my pc after 2 installments after discovering his lies. Just buy your stuff outright. UNBELIEVABLE.
