Donald helped us and was super knowledgeable on the product he was helping us with. He knew all the answers, cannot express how grateful we are to have someone who actually knows what he is talking about! This place has always been our go-to. Great store.

My husband and I went in to replace our living room tv. We were greeted by Dylan at the door. He got us an associate in the electronics section. Andrew was very knowledgeable and knew the products. He found us exactly what we were looking for at an awesome price! We were in and out within 5 minutes with a tv that matched all our needs.
Twice at this Best Buy location, I was not acknowledged while seeking assistance. When helped, the employees appeared disengaged and inattentive, with no eye contact or effort to engage. The overall impression was that helping customers was an inconvenience. Disappointing experience both times. I’ll either go to another location next time or just order online.
