Didn't have what I wanted, told me where to get it and other options, quicker than searching on utube
I was quite traumatized when my 8-year-old IPad stopped working. I went to Best Buy and was given good advice and customer service, and I now have a fantastic new IPad. Specifically, King Julien and Thaly were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose the new IPad, and Gary Skitt and Brayden Bishop of the Geek Squad made setting it up easy.
Waited on appliances representative for over 20 minutes and left the store.
