Great store for what they have. Altho they have downdized or eliminated on what they used to carry.

Do not bring your devices to geek squad. They take your phone, have it for hours and claim it is unfixable after causing extra damage to your $1000 products. The manager and his employee are rude, lack knowledge of their products, and blatantly lie about it!

The front door lady has to go!! On Tuesday the 12th I went to North Attleboro to purchase a TV I already had picked out in knew they had one in stock. She told me I would have to wait with a nasty look on her face and put me on a list. I walked around the store for 10 minutes and came back up and it was almost like an inconvenience that I wanted to buy $1,000 TV and stand. I told her I knew exactly what I wanted and all I needed to do is check out. She didn't really give a response just turned around and talked on the walkie-talkie and left me hanging. After another 10 minutes I just left the store and went over to seekonk. I don't understand how they can let people run the front end that have no customer skills whatsoever. I've worked in retail covering the whole country as a manager. She would be gone

I needed a charger for my camera battery. I was in a hurry, the sales associate was in the middle of something. But stopped and made time for me. I don't always feel that here. But this time. (And last couple times) I was made to feel important!
