On 12/22/25, I came to the geek squad with my unresponsive iPhone and no appointment—desperate to get things figured out. Andrew helped me even though it ate up most of his morning. He was incredibly kind and helpful. We chatted all morning and he got my phone working again. Thanks, Andrew!

After spending more than $300 at this store, I expected at least basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. I felt disrespected and rushed, which completely ruined my shopping experience. Customer service like this makes me not want to return. However cashier was very pleased and helpful ..
