By mistake one of my items of the same order went to the wrong store for pick up. When I got to the store I could pick up the others items, and I was told I had to come back another day for pick up the other item.
I went online and change the store information for pick up. I showed the cashier and she said I had to wait until the other is ready for pick up.
It’s 7:54 pm on Thursday night, the store is empty, multiples employees doing literally nothing and I been standing here waiting for someone get a speaker on the shelf for me almost 30 min. ( I asked if I could do myself, they said no).
I would understand if the store was busy, but it is not. It is clearly they don’t want help me.
I have a 6 years old standing here with me.

Very friendly employees, and attentive leadership
The lack of Samsung Galaxy products is alarming (no screen protectors, no cam protectors, no cases). No wonder Amazon is killing the brick and motar store.
