Very poor service. Their appliance installers opened a part for a dryer install, then told me it was poor quality and I should return it. Tried to return the part (a dryer vent hose) and they refused it because it was opened. I told them their own people opened it and they were no . The manager was rude and briskly told me to call 1-888 number that she didn’t even bother to provide to me or tell me how to locate.

Some salespeople aren't knowledgeable enough (ESPECIALLY in TVs, a huge seller for best buy), and the one person who had some understanding had an "I like this too" attitude. Also he still got some things wrong, but at least unlike the first guy he admitted it. Still...If you're buying a TV or audio system over $1,000 the Warwick location might be 30 minutes away, but it's worth it for the best Best Buy staff I've ever met. But...for cheaper purchases under 1,000 sure. And IRONICALLY if you're making a COMPUTER purchase...This is actually better than Warwick. But...it's still better than the Seekonk location 🤣 and fine to buy from if you KNOW the BASICS of what you want (Like a printer or cord or PC that meets certain needs.) Home theater though? Go to Warwick.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at the Best Buy in Attleboro, specifically in the mobile section. I went in to purchase a new phone with activation of a new Verizon account, but the transaction didn't go through, and I ended up not buying the phone. I confirmed multiple times that I wouldn't owe anything to Verizon since I didn't receive the phone, and that the line would be canceled after a while. However, a month later, I received a bill from Verizon. When I contacted them, they said it was a fraudulent charge and advised me to contact the police. The whole situation has been a huge hassle, and it seems like the mobile department doesn't know how things are supposed to work. I'm incredibly frustrated.
