I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but this situation was dumb. I went to this store (Attleboro) to look at a used phone you guys have for sale (Motorola Edge + 2023 512GB) after talking through text to a live agent who told me if I went to the store I could see and handle the phone. I got to the store and the battery was dead. I asked if they could plug it in to a charger so I could see it turn on and check it out, and the staff said no. Really? Do you think someone is going to pay $350+ for an almost 3 year old phone if they don’t know if it’s going to even turn on and work?? Ridiculous. I then asked if I could see a Samsung Galaxy A36 which they have new and in stock but there wasn’t one on display, I was also told no they couldn’t show me one. So you’re telling me I’m supposed to pay either $350+ for a used phone, or $400+ for a new phone and I can’t even see it? I’m not trying to be rude or condescending, but anyone can see that’s ridiculous. I would’ve purchased the Motorola if I could just see it turn on and work. Not sure why the staff couldn’t just plug it in to a USB-C and turn it on for me, I’m assuming it’s not their fault and it’s some corporate policy BS. But still I drove there for nothing after I was told I could handle and see the device working…I guess I’ll bring my business elsewhere

Stay away from best, buy.
I purchased APS 5 for my grandson and did not purchase their protection policy in nowhere. Does it say that if you don't purchase their protection policy?
And something goes wrong that the Geek Squad will not even look at it. That is more like extortion.
I will never step in to a Best Buy ever again. I am going to the news media with this problem.
