Was in on 1/11/25 girl working front desk and guy at door were very friendly and helpful!
Waited 20 minutes to buy an expensive coffee machine. Good service when finally seen but almost left with the wait and lack of recognition from the staff.

There is always a line of 3+ people, and 1 person on the register.
The days surrounding Christmas (arguably one of the busiest times of the year), one person was on the register while more than 8 separate guests were in line. I entered the store for a return and was directed to wait in that line. There were only 3-4 visible associates.
If sales are close to 6 figures during the holidays then maybe you can spare 2 more employees a shift
