Wouldn’t accept a return of an item that was delivered damaged. The clerk laughed at me and tried to sell me a Best Buy plus membership. Don’t waste your time with Best Buy anymore, they don’t stand behind anything they sell.
Tried calling support line and got the runaround. These guys stole $500 from me.

I pre order a samsung galaxy watch 8 40mm to pick up Friday 25th and I went there Monday 28th nobody knows anything about my order someone told me to wait one hour so they can pull it out for me i wait 2.5 hours nothing happens the girl that supposed to be a manager came to help me out and all she told me was we don't have the watch on stock and I showed her the website where says the watch are on stock and my order will be ready in one hour but she keeps saying no it's not will be ready today,you can go and call tomorrow to see where is your order...( are you serious)

I recently posted a review about this company selling LG washers and dryers expressing to customers how they have a 10 year warranty and its only been 3 years and my washer is shaking really bad I called LG and they told me warranty covers only the motor parts service call and labor not included and the representative from bestbuy was very rude when I asked for a copy of my receipt told him it was under a old number and email he told me I should never had changed my number or lost access to my email and I should have the receipt on hand at all times as if he was trying to say he's better then me I was replied to by the owner Aron if he is the owner gave me 3 options to contact Instagram Facebook or Twitter I have none of those and I signed up for Twitter put in the address he typed it said not found I'd like a direct number to call regarding my situation I was informed directly that i had peace of mind for 10 years who would buy anything with a warranty that only covered parts on only one part of whatever they bought its like buying a car with a warranty only on the muffler for 10 years parts only no service diagnostic or labor included
