Walked in was greeted immediately. Told them what I needed, had it in my cart within a few minutes and even got me signed up for the credit card. I had the money on me to pay it off but nice to know that I have the card and zero balance on it with them accepting the payment on the card right away. Will definitely be back.
We had the BEST help at Best Buy yesterday (black Friday) Lay, and the manager helped us get my new phone. There was one left in the color I wanted, and she didn't give up on looking when I said I would settle for another. She was very helpful and when we had brought up a previous issue she got the manager and within minutes he had fixed it and got our money back. The service was speedy, and the manager and worker both were outstanding!! We were expecting a mess as it was black Friday, but it was a great experience!! Thank you both for all the help, smiles, and great customer service! 😀
Ship to store is always fast and easy always helpful
This store is awful. Disorganized and employees are not helpful.
