Brought pc computer in. Used Geek Squad. Reasonable approach to attempted repair. Have to still obtain part to fix unit. This is a limited computer parts store. Go to Micro Center if you want more parts on hand.

We had a horrible experience at Best Buy in Dartmouth. I will never be shopping there again in my life. We ordered a $2,000 TV A week and a half ago. It was supposed to be delivered today. And it was not, I called 3 times finally got to where they said it was not going to be delivered today. Because no one picked it up, I don't know what that means. Now they've had my money for all this time and I won't be able to get a refund for 7 to 10 days. So my advice is, do not shop at Best Buy Dartmouth !
