Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >
So, I didn't know much about home warranties, but after another company flaked on me, a friend pointed me to these guys over here in New Bedford. They actually picked up the phone and got everything done without any fuss. Glad to have them on my side!
Amazing selection, great choice of football cards great tech selections. I’ve spent almost 500 at this location this week. But I’m fine bringing my business elsewhere. The whole staff is friendly but one guy needs to tone it down. I walked in yesterday to buy a power bank and he asked me if I wanted to apply for the Best Buy credit card I kindly declined his offer just for him to persist breading me with more and more and more reason why I need to apply and then asking me why I don’t and when I said “I don’t want to” he said “that’s not a good reason boss”
Then I came back in today bought some football cards and he did it again verbally berating me suggesting he remembers me from yesterday and that I have no reason not to do it and it only takes a few minutes etc etc etc. this led to me telling him to stop or I’m not coming back to shop there continues by him suggesting I can’t get my cards anywhere else after fourth I rattled off a dozen locations I can easily get these cards in which he kept persisting and I told him I’m done shopping there
This level of persistent, obnoxious, behavior is a complete turn off. At this point I’m more then likely just going to return the items ive bought over the last two weeks. I still have the boxes and receipts and just get my 1000 dollars back and bring my business elsewhere.
