You get what you need there. Service could be better. Employees could be a little nicer. And a little less arrogant. They seem to have the noses to high in the air
Tried to exchange my ps5 controller only to be told by the cashier whose name was john that I didn't purchase a controller or a protection plan. I thought it was funny because ive had one phone number my entire life. So because i thought maybe i was at error i bought an ENTIRELY new controller with the protection plan that came out to $100. Welp i logged into my account back in my car and guess what i found right under purchases???? So i went back in to exchange my controller and while doing so i explained to them i was going to keep the controller i had bought w the protection plan, and that i did not want the protection plan on the exchanged controller. Well now they took of my protection olan on the controller i paid $100 for! This is crazy!! And unacceptable. Do not shop here. They clearly have no clue what they are doing. Been a best buy customer for years and this is how I’m treated 🤦🏻♂️

Purchased multiple gift cards for holiday gifts. First order was $430. A month after the holidays my family members are now reaching out to me stating the cards are not working, either invalid or zero balance. Last week after 4+ hours on the phone, 3 different people, Andre was amazing and reissued a working gift card. Fast forward to this week, 3 eBay gc’s are not working, these were on the same order as the other card, it’s when they’re ordered online and shipped to home for free. Spent 5+ hours today on the phone, being told to call eBay , why I purchased from you. They had me call tj max last week and they referred me back to where I purchased from. Now I was instructed to take screenshots of the zero balance and send in for review in 48 hours. They insinuated my family used them, or we don’t have the right numbers. To me, it’s giving unethical employee or company vibes. How is it that $200 worth of gift cards from a $430 order are not working. No one is helping. It’s embarrassing to me and to the gift recipient. Debating going in the store but not sure they can help. I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy AGAIN. And I will tell everyone.
