Best Buy North Dartmouth

Amazing selection, great choice of football cards great tech selections. I’ve spent almost 500 at this location this week. But I’m fine bringing my business elsewhere. The whole staff is friendly but one guy needs to tone it down. I walked in yesterday to buy a power bank and he asked me if I wanted to apply for the Best Buy credit card I kindly declined his offer just for him to persist breading me with more and more and more reason why I need to apply and then asking me why I don’t and when I said “I don’t want to” he said “that’s not a good reason boss” Then I came back in today bought some football cards and he did it again verbally berating me suggesting he remembers me from yesterday and that I have no reason not to do it and it only takes a few minutes etc etc etc. this led to me telling him to stop or I’m not coming back to shop there continues by him suggesting I can’t get my cards anywhere else after fourth I rattled off a dozen locations I can easily get these cards in which he kept persisting and I told him I’m done shopping there This level of persistent, obnoxious, behavior is a complete turn off. At this point I’m more then likely just going to return the items ive bought over the last two weeks. I still have the boxes and receipts and just get my 1000 dollars back and bring my business elsewhere.

A few months back I had some issues with my gaming PC after switching out the GPU from a 3070TI to a 5070. The previous shop that installed it and claimed to have fixed the issue failed to do so after dropping hundreds of $$ to try and fix it. I brought my computer to Best Buy and the service there was great. I was able to switch out the card (within the timeframe of two weeks) in case it was a faulty card and they were able to solve the issue within a week. The manager Richard was extremely patient with me during this stressful process (PC was well over a $2500 gaming rig) and was transparent every single step of the way. Even took the time to go through my PC to make sure all the files that were important to me, were to be saved and transfered over. The staff there was kind and understanding and would give me updates via email and I haven't had any issues in the last few months since I got my PC back. Geek Squad was affordable too, an easy payment to switch out the cards, comb through every single possible issue it could be,hardware, software, etc and was able to get to the root of the problem. I dont think I'll be bringing my PC anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and honest. I recommend this store if you are looking for a washer.
