Purchased an open box "excellent" condition TV for 1 hour pickup. Two hours later when it still wasn't ready, I tried to call the store to ask, only to be kept on hold for 10 minutes until the call center on the other side of the world picked up. So I physically went to the store, finding out they had still not started looking for it yet, and waited until I could leave with it two and a half hours after I ordered it. Finally I got to set it up only to find that this "excellent" item is in deplorable condition. Readily noticable screen burn from it clearly having been a store display model, and obvious physical damage. This experience has been like pulling teeth and at this point, since I need to waste more gas just to return this thing that was only 7 dollars cheaper than buying it brand new, I ought to be owed money. What an insufferable set of failures to force customers to go through. I am overwhelmingly dissatisfied with both my experience today and the impersonal corporate service I can expect from best buy, for example from the manager standing by the door today also named Dylan. Simply do not buy from here, it is going to end up not being worth your time.
Mobile check out is the slickest thing Best Buy has done in a while. While waiting in line to check out, I was able to use the mobile check out in the app and avoid the wait from the folks in front of me.
Went here on black Friday, first time ever, and the wait was long but not excessively so. The staff was freindly and efficient and I had a positive experience.
We visited the Dartmouth store and purchased a webcam. We had a very positive experience during our visit and wanted to call out their commitment to customer care. Recommend this store if the need arises.
