I wanted to make sure Mason from the Dartmouth, MA store gets recognized for his amazing customer service. He told us about the Best Buy Total care plan (which we did purchase) and took the time to explain it to us AND made sure that all our products were under warranty on the same account so we'd have the option to also price match them in the future. He was extremely helpful with explaining all specs of the products we were looking at and also was patient with us while me and my brother decided what we wanted to purchase.
