A few months back I had some issues with my gaming PC after switching out the GPU from a 3070TI to a 5070. The previous shop that installed it and claimed to have fixed the issue failed to do so after dropping hundreds of $$ to try and fix it.
I brought my computer to Best Buy and the service there was great. I was able to switch out the card (within the timeframe of two weeks) in case it was a faulty card and they were able to solve the issue within a week.
The manager Richard was extremely patient with me during this stressful process (PC was well over a $2500 gaming rig) and was transparent every single step of the way. Even took the time to go through my PC to make sure all the files that were important to me, were to be saved and transfered over.
The staff there was kind and understanding and would give me updates via email and I haven't had any issues in the last few months since I got my PC back. Geek Squad was affordable too, an easy payment to switch out the cards, comb through every single possible issue it could be,hardware, software, etc and was able to get to the root of the problem.
I dont think I'll be bringing my PC anywhere else. Thank you!!!

The general manager is prob the best manager i had ever dealt with in any other store anytime i ever had a problem she does not hesitate to fix the problem to make it easy and smooth for the customer i should of gave this review a long time ago im a long time shopper there at best buy and will continue to shop thanks to her .
