Went in looking for a compute monitor. In the 5-10 minutes of looking, not a single employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Around that time I decided on which monitor I wanted, but unfortunately the box was on the upper tier and couldn't be reached without a ladder. I asked multiple employees if they could assist (there was a rolling ladder 10 feet away) and all three of them said they were assisting other customers but would get someone to grab it for me. Mind you, I didn't have any questions or need help deciding what to get, just needed the actual box.
20 minutes later, no one had come and the employees were all still helping their original customers. I asked someone near the geek squad and got the same response.
After another 5 minutes of no response I just walked out. This is why people are just shopping online. 0/10 would not recommend.
