Stay away if possible and NEVER SIGN UP FOR THE GEEK SQUAD!!! They force you to sign up for installation and setup, which I have no problem with, but you can’t easily cancel after the first year is completed like the salesman states when selling it to you.Three years later they are still billing my credit card for $180 per year. When I went to the Dartmouth store to cancel the plan, the gentleman rudely told me they can’t cancel it. When I questioned why. He mumbled something and walked away. I am now trying to deal with the CC company
So I ordered some ear buds from Best Buy thought it was great they could deliver next day. However it didn't get delivered though I waited for product they said they tried to deliver but everyone was home and my video cameras prove they never made an attempt. Liars is what they are, customer service kept me on hold both times with no resolve except to say they attempted delivery when they did not. I thought I was doing a good deed trying to use best buy and keep local people working but honestly never have this issue with Amazon. They actually show a pic of the courier in the store returning pkg but no pic at my home because he was never there, just lost another customer Too bad so sad bye bye best buy your couriers are liars !!!!!
