GUYS ARE FOLLOWING BEST BUYS TRUCKS AND THEN ROBBING YOU !
I was almost robbed in my own apartment at 10: AM ! Two guys. who worked for Best Buy had just left after me paying $200. To set up my new television. It’s $60. To take the old tv out but I was giving it away.
About five minutes later two guys, who looked Mexican speaking broken English pretended to work for Best Buy were at my door! The previous two guys had called saying they were on their way and I also had received an email from Best Buy. I got nothing about these two . He came In without being invited after saying they were here to pick up my old TV ! The other guy never said anything just held the door open. I said “no you are not” and a few times said you need to leave. He even had a little device like the other two had , he called a woman on it saying there was a problem. I had said to him are you here to rob me ... He did not answer! Somehow I got him to leave after I was yelling at her she finally said okay - like forget it ! 🙏
My neighbor said they were in a white box truck with no writing on it ! I called Best Buy they said they didn’t work for them and to call the police . They could do nothing ! Someone who works there must be giving the crooks the customers information. They were going to hurt me for only a $160. 43inch Tv On sale! Not a huge Expensive one.
This horrible incident is bad also because we need Best Buy -as far as I know they are the only ones who do set ups…But They should protect their customers somehow!!!🙁

Amazing service by employee Duncan. Went to location in Plymouth the day after Black Friday in hopes to find a motherboard for a motherboard for a computer. Excellent customer service helped make our day 10x better.
I bought a $1100 phone last week not worrying about the price because I was told Best buy does price match. So 5 days later Best buy has the same phone for $850. I just got back from the Plymouth bestbuy and they told me that they can't price match because it was a different color.
I will never go back there because I lost $200 dollars in 5 days and they could care less.
