Terrible experience!! While trying to return an item I purchased I was told that I cannot return the item because I was outside of the 1 month time period to do so. The item was purchased on 6/11/25 and it’s 7/9/25 today by my math I’m just inside that time frame but the manager of the Seekonk store said that I could not return the item which is brand new still in box never opened unless I became a bestbuy member of some sort for an extra 50$ and then they would let me return the item. I will never shop bestbuy again.
