How do I check product availability at the Seekonk Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Seekonk Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Usually never have an issue.. if I do they take care if it quick and easily. Have never walked away upset with best buy personally and if you purchase a lot of electronics total tech is a lifesaver. Saved me almost 700 in warranties alone this month

If I could give 0 stars on the return policy I definitely would !!.. purchased a tablet and cover case for my boyfriend on my debt card for Christmas, he did not want it because he’s just not into tablets in general but I got a gift receipt and regular receipt with it and am still waiting to be reimbursed.. none the less with a gift receipt he could only get store credit which is ridiculous because what if he doesn’t like anything in that store ?.. why would someone be forced to get something from a store they don’t like as a Christmas gift !!.. I personally had to go back with the original receipt to get MY money back !!.. and am still waiting for it !!.. needless to say I will NEVER shop there again !!!.
