I’m giving this location two stars for the simple fact that the floor service is incredibly disappointing. My Denon receiver blew out for the second time, and because of their strict "three-strike" policy, I couldn't junk or return it yet—it had to be sent out for repairs again. I want to be fair: the Geek Squad team was amazing. They have a policy they have to follow, and I completely understand that. The real issue happened when I went over to the home theater section to just buy a brand new receiver instead. There was absolutely nobody around to help. Meanwhile, a group of young guys working there were just hanging around chatting. When I finally went over to ask for help, nobody bothered to walk over with me or answer questions; they just pointed and told me which direction to go. When you are looking to make a major electronics purchase, you expect basic customer service. I shouldn't have to beg for help while employees are socializing. Worst experience I've had.

Because this was a company device, completing the work quickly was essential, and they delivered.
