The older guy who works the customer service desk needs to be retrained or fired. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe my experience.

I came in for a laptop with certain specifications for school and a strict budget and walked out having ordered delivery of exactly what I needed. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless thanks to Mike. (I know there's two Mikes, this one wore glasses and a really interesting silver snake ring). Received my laptop today, very pleased with my purchase.
Don't bother calling their phone number. Everything is AI. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
