I was attempting to purchase a new TV online but for some reason it wouldn't accept my payment. So after several attempts online I decided to call the store. I'm sorry but I can't remember the young man who helped me. He helped me step by step and I was able to complete my purchase. It's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, Monday October 6th. Can't wait to get my Big Screen TV back and it's a Smart TV to boot. I'm excited as it's the only good thing that has happened recently. Thanks to the young man who helped me. I've always had Great service with Best Buy as this is my third TV I've purchased from them. I Highly Recommend them!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
