terribly disappointed i can not speak to someone at a specific store. i want to purchase a tv for my 90 year old mom I live out of town and have questions about delivery and things as i want the tv to come from the store near her not a Wearhouse. the employees at stores can not take phone calls and assist people now so if you go to a store everyone is just standing around doing nothing. stupid way to do business. so now best buy is no different than ordering from amazon i guess. no help at all.
