This place is ridiculous to say the least. When you call you DO NOT get to speak to someone in the store. You’re talking to someone in another country that you can not understand and they give you Wronge information. I called and made a geek squad appt. To get my tablets screen replaced. Only to get to the store and to be told that if I did not buy it from them that they can not fix it. The reason why I did not buy from them is that they did and do not have any of the kids new fire tablets 10inches.. maybe have your calls go to the store and not some forgein country.
