I had an issue with my computer and I was able to quickly set up an appointment to fix it. The appointments were quick and efficient, and they gave me a 24-48 hour estimate for when my computerbwould be ready to be picked up, but they were done with it hours after I left for my initial appointment. Amanda was super helpful, and provided top-tier customer service.

Citibank and Best Buy have been accused of dishonest practices. Consumers are advised not to finance purchases through Best Buy, as they may issue a credit card without consent and send it by mail. This can result in being unexpectedly charged by Citibank, known for subpar customer service. A customer who financed a washer and dryer from Best Buy was promised two years without extra interest. Even after setting up auto-pay, they were charged a late fee by both Best Buy and Citibank. Upon contacting Best Buy, the fee was supposedly waived, yet a follow-up bill from Citibank contradicted this arrangement. Direct financing through Best Buy is recommended, and paying in-store may avoid such errors that can negatively impact one's credit score.
