I was sold a used pair of AirPods today for $180. The employee brought them from the back, kept them out of sight until checkout, and quickly handed them to me before walking away. I immediately noticed the “Inspected” sticker, clearly indicating they were previously used. The employee disappeared immediately, but thankfully another staff member helped me exchange them. This felt incredibly dishonest. I came in wanting to support my local store, but this experience completely broke my trust. Going forward, I’ll be sticking with Amazon.

Excellent service. I recommend opting for the premium membership, as they offer an extended two-year warranty and a two-month return policy. The best service and very high-quality products.

Me and my Fiancé went into Best Buy today looking for home appliances for a house we are in the process of purchasing. We were browsing through the clearance section for washer, dryers, fridges and stove. When we had questions about the appliances Tyler answered effectively and confidently which gave us peace of mind. Even when we had questions about a security system Tyler knew the answer and was able to help us right then and there. We also spoke with Ryan who told us the deals that they were offering and how the process of insulation would go if we go through Best Buy’s contractors.
Overall, we really appreciate Tyler and Ryan’s ability to answer our questions and look forward to doing business with Best Buy and the two gentlemen
