Purchased a refrigerator from the Seekonk, MA store (7 miles away) Sunday 10/19 and 1st available delivery date was Friday 10/24 with a 12 hour window. Was expecting to receive notification the day before with a smaller window but was informed deliver could not be made and had to reschedule. No reason given. Rescheduled for Wed 10/29 and called to get answers. Was told the delivery whse is in the Boston area and that it hadn't arrived there yet and that they would try to get it to us sooner than 10/29, which didn't happen. So it took a week and a half to travel around 50 miles, from the store to the whse then another 50 or so miles to my home. That is awful service! I will not buy anything else from Best Buy after this horrendous experience.

This Best Buy location is great all the staff are engaging and items are easy to find.
Should really hire more staff... Overpriced
