2 employees at front desk. Asked where I could look at an item. Finger pointed and said somewhere in back of store where tvs are. Really?? Guess chit chat with employees is more fun.

Can you leave negative stars? I purchased and paid for a pick up order. I had not picked it up yet and they cancelled the order. I called the store, but they don't take calls. The central phone center does not appear to be US based and the information they ask to confirm your identity, even when you are logged in and have the full order number available, is unreasonable. Then when I asked for a manager, they refused. Then she hung up on me. At this moment, I'm questioning if I'll ever shop this store again when I can get amazon to deliver with zero hassle. Good luck if you choose to shop here...

Lots of very helpful folks here. We went at a time when the store wasn't particularly crowded, so it was easy to get lots of time with the person who helped us. The only thing that I don't like about the store, which they changed several months ago, is that the checkout and the return desk is all at the same location, and the lines can get long there sometimes.
Very quick and easy purchase with the help of one of the staff members!
