The worse customer service and when it comes to explaining things, they will tell you anything to lure you in and leave out the important pieces. I applied for a credit card, was approved, and was told by their rep at the store, NO INTEREST FOR ONE YEAR. Well I call because I see interest and the part they left out was it’s only on in store purchases. HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE SAID THE HELL WITH THE CARD. I’m calling corporate.
Fine store with easy parking. You'll be hard pressed to find someone if you need support.
I went in to pickup an online order. The worker I talked to was great, but the older gentleman next to him was highly unprofessional with the way he talked to customers. I don’t care if he had a bad day, there’s no excuse for being rude to kind customers that didn’t even display any sort of attitude toward him. If I hadn’t already paid online, I would’ve walked out.
