Best Buy Watertown

I went to get a scooter that the website said they had. They could not find it and did not have it when I needed it the following day. The employees were nice but stock seems to be disorganized and spread around all over the place.

Chanel was very helpful and positive , she made sure i quickly learned and found my product and showed me a even better product than the one i was looking for.

I brought my HP laptop into this BestBuy location because of some complicated issues with Microsoft Office 365. Alex Kim was outstanding, he stayed with the problem for an hour and was able to retrieve decades worth of data I thought I had lost due to Office 365.

DONT COME TO BEST BUY AT WATERTOWN, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Today Saturday 24th 10:30 AM. We went to Best buy to buy a printer, knowing that last week took us 20 minutes to get a salesperson to buy a Notebook (we knew which laptop, just needed someone to bring it to us from the warehouse). Same history today, every time we asked to a salesperon who seems doing nothing they said "we will call someone". 20 minutes and nothing, then we went to the cashier to ask to someone different, the people at the cashier, 3 people doing nothing told me that the store Manager is "Cliford Emmanuel" (you can confirm with the daytime here), My surprise when I asked for him, they said he wasnt at the store (clearly they were protecting the biggest loser), same at last week. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, this store is full of losers they dont want to work, and try to show as they are busy, all the time is the same, we went there knowing what we want to buy, the isuue is there is nobody to bring you the products, this should be in and out, but with a store full of losers, from the TOP (manager) to the bottom (salespeople, cashier, etc) what can you spect.
