We visited the store on a Saturday afternoon when it was not busy. Since we knew exactly which products we were interested in, we went directly to the camera section to compare two different models before making a decision.
After waiting for 15 minutes with no assistance, I approached the counter to request help. A staff member was contacted over the microphone, and we returned to the camera section, where we waited an additional 20 minutes. Despite this, no one came to assist us. Ultimately, we decided to help ourselves and placed our order on AMAZON.
During the 35-minute wait, we observed three staff members gathered together, talking and laughing, two others playing on their phones, and two more talking on the phone while sipping coffee.
The store was totally a mess. If the business were to go bankrupt, it would not be surprising. It seems either the store manager requires comprehensive training or a full layoff should be on its way.

A friend needed to purchase a new phone because of a cracked screen, so we went there. Because of the annual influx of new students and parents trying to help them settle in, the store was busy. But when a young woman who attended to us started to assist us, she was so professional and courteous it made the whole experience pleasant. Her name is Aliyah.
