I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Best Buy at Watertown. My dad was looking to buy his first dryer for his house and it was our first time buying an appliance there. Normally, we would go to Home Depot for appliances and TVs at Best Buy. I wanted to say that Stephen Adelman took the time to explain what would be needed for the dryer from the 240V outlet to the exhaust kit and power plug. He even found the best dryer for us online since the dryers at the store did not suit our needs. There was an issue with the delivery and when we came back, he rectified the situation with such professionalism. His colleague Sebastian was very helpful as well. Suffice to say my dad and I were completely satisfied and will certainly buy another appliance from them again.
The people here are super nice and do a fantastic job. Corporate: pay them all more. Thanks.
Go to micro center if you want a PC, or have detailed PC related questions. The folks here are great but not experts on PC hardware.
Before buying a computer online make sure it is sold by BB. I bought a computer that is actually sold by a 3rd party. I did not realize BB did this. Bottom line, it is a clown show. The shipment is lost and I have to deal with the company IST computer who has 0 customer service and no phone or texting support.
Tech support staff is helpful, kind, and fast! Battery replacement cost me $60. Sweet.
