I bought an Ipad, a Macbook, and several accessories totaling over $2200. When I went in they treated me like some criminal saying it was fraud blocked. After making me wait over an hour, the eventually said some disconnect between corporate and their system is preventing them from picking the order. Their words not mine. I ordered the items at 5:30 with guaranteed pickup within an hour. I showed up over two hours later after the warehouse told me it was able to be picked up. Then they had to fraud detect something and the entire time no one notified me this was needed, no email or text or anything. Then the manager looks at me with some wry smile stating absolutely no words. He wouldn’t even call corporate and try. I watched them both do absolutely nothing and call no one. They had told me they did call and try but no one actually tried. I will not be shopping here or at Best Buy ever again. I’m filing a complaint with Best Buy and the better business bureau and anywhere else I can. This is atrocious service from someone who spends thousands with you. The managers (i wish i cared enough to ask their names, but i didn’t) were even so focused on telling me lies that they missed someone walk right on out with product without paying! Ha! That’s what you get. No sympathy for you. I hope that your store gets new managers. They suck.

We visited the store on a Saturday afternoon when it was not busy. Since we knew exactly which products we were interested in, we went directly to the camera section to compare two different models before making a decision. After waiting for 15 minutes with no assistance, I approached the counter to request help. A staff member was contacted over the microphone, and we returned to the camera section, where we waited an additional 20 minutes. Despite this, no one came to assist us. Ultimately, we decided to help ourselves and placed our order on AMAZON. During the 35-minute wait, we observed three staff members gathered together, talking and laughing, two others playing on their phones, and two more talking on the phone while sipping coffee. The store was totally a mess. If the business were to go bankrupt, it would not be surprising. It seems either the store manager requires comprehensive training or a full layoff should be on its way.

A friend needed to purchase a new phone because of a cracked screen, so we went there. Because of the annual influx of new students and parents trying to help them settle in, the store was busy. But when a young woman who attended to us started to assist us, she was so professional and courteous it made the whole experience pleasant. Her name is Aliyah.
