Best Buy Watertown

They're definitely some aspects of Best buy I like, like checking out with the variety of the latest TVs are and laptops, however I think we are witnessing Best buy's demise. They are definitely jumping the shark when legos and patio furniture take up so much real estate.

This store is fine, it’s got most things I. Stock and is clean

Sin duda alguna los mejores en esta tienda estas dos personas DJ y su compañero. Fueron súper amables hoy estuvimos casi por 4 horas y nunca perdieron su paciencia, fueron pacientes, atentos y muy felices de ayudarnos para recuperar nuestro teléfono! Muchas gracias chicos! Espero que aumente su salario porque el trabajo que hacen es impecable, pocas personas trabajan como ustedes chicos!

I walked into the store on edge, the last time i came into this store location which was around summertime in 2024, the employees and managers there were very rude and had zero urgency for buying customers, given this is the store closest to me (about 2-3 mins away) i had opted to drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction, to go to a store that genuinely cares. The second i walked in today, i was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk, she asked me if i needed help and i told her exactly what i needed ( a new window ac unit) , She pointed me in the area in which the AC’s were stocked, and then told me she would send someone to assist me, without me having to ask! i was then greeted by the store super visor matt who was one of the coolest and unique people i have ever met, the people who works for him must seriously enjoy coming into work everyday, as i am retired, i would consider working for him that’s how youthful he made me feel. he told me all about the differences of the AC’s, we spoke about tvs, sports etc. once it came time to purchase the AC, he asked one of his co workers mike to help him carry it to the front, he called him “big mike” ! mike assisted us on bringing it to the front, matt was so helpful, he explained how the GEEK squad protection works and i ended up buying it even though i am against warranty’s! he was great, my experience was unbelievable here, bestbuy watertown you have just regained a customer for life!!!
