Wonderful Service! I lost my phone while coming up for a visit. DJ and Allen were a tremendous help getting a new Z Flip and even getting on the phone with Verizon to get it connected.

Bought a TV 5 weeks ago. Waited for a delivery to come, turns out they cancelled because they didn’t have the TV! Rescheduled the appointment and called today for confirmation of delivery. Cancelled again!! Extremely unprofessional in not upholding the guarantees and not notifying me. GO TO COSTCO FOR CHEAPER AND QUICKER!

Bought an expensive TV and they made me wait twice 2-3 weeks for delivery and then cancel at the last minute saying the product has not been delivered to the warehouse. I would understand for this to happen once but twice in a row for the same product. 8 weeks and still waiting.....going to cancel and go somewhere else!
