Bad experience with GeekSquad. Purchased extended warranty. Scheduled an appointment for a repair. Waited for a week. No one showed up for the appointment. After 4 calls, finally got to someone at ServiceQuick, which apparently is the company that actually does the service - even though BestBuy confirmed the appointment and service window, ServiceQuick never had that appointment scheduled. Let's see what happens next - feels like this is just the beginning of the story. But not a pleasant one! EDIT: @Ravi: if you provide email address of phone number, I will reach out. I am not going to use social media platforms for this purpose.

Good selection of phone holders for vehicles
Best But is surviving on reputation alone. Their systems are insane, hours of button pushing. I got a new TV for my mother age 96 and signed up for geek squad so she could get help. But they are impossible to reach on the phone. More buttons. This is my last purchase there EVER!!! They are surviving on the fumes of their reputation.

One of the better Best Buys in the Boston area. Clean store. Surprisingly friendly staff. Good inventory of mainstream electronics.
