Today I bought the ipad and the guy who named “Jeff” the saleman was so nice and good service to me. I really appreciate it so much.
We called the Watertown store looking for replacement cushions for our Yardbird patio furniture. We weren’t sure we’d be able to find what we needed, but Rene exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through all of our options until we found exactly what we were looking for. His outstanding customer service made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate all of his help and wish more customer service representatives were as thorough, kind, and dedicated as Rene. Thank you!

They're definitely some aspects of Best buy I like, like checking out with the variety of the latest TVs are and laptops, however I think we are witnessing Best buy's demise. They are definitely jumping the shark when legos and patio furniture take up so much real estate.
