Horrible service in this branch! I tried to purchase a new device with the trade-in, and even though I did the whole process online before coming here, I was not told I needed to bring a valid ID. Upon arriving, I was told that I needed a driver's license from the U.S. I don't have one yet, so I had to go back and get a passport, which I told the front clerk. They had no reaction. 40 minutes later, when I got back with my passport, they said that they needed a driver's license, even though they could have told me earlier. I wasted a full hour not achieving anything in this branch. Highly recommend against going to this branch

Check to see if the product is in stock and go there. Don't ship anything from this store to you, they will stuff something else in your package if they don't have the item you purchased... Then make it your problem by making you call customer service.
