The staff here is really helpful and pleasant to work with. On my most recent visit to this store, Yusuf was really helpful. He helped me narrow down my selections for a laptop display by demonstrating a couple models that met my requirements. I would have wasted a lot of time attempting to figure it out on my own online, but he sent me to the correct place, and I was able to get what I needed.

Can’t call any of the stores and get a sales person. We ordered a stove from the store in Framingham, and the delivery was confirmed yesterday afternoon. Since the delivery window was closing today, I called about it, and found that Best Buy had canceled the order. No idea why, as I can’t get through to the store.

Friendly staff, but falsely listed as having blank CDs. Was quite the bummer, but it is a very clean and organized Best Buy.

Really frustrating experience. I was given a $400 promotional credit to purchase a product at Best Buy through Verizon. I made the order through best buy to purchase a high-end TV, applied the promotional credit, and scheduled a pick up at the Watertown location. After I made the order, the next morning it was canceled for an unknown reason. I contacted Best Buy several times through phone and chat to learn why the order was canceled and to get the promotional credit back, no one was able to help and no one was able to refund my promotional credit! Best Buy kept saying to reach out to Verizon and Verizon kept telling me to reach out to Best Buy because they did not have access to Best Buy's order history. In addition, navigating the customer service team to speak to an actual human was an incredible time suck. I have not used best buy in a number of years and this promotional credit was a nice incentive to do that - however this experience with their customer service team really reinforced why I have not come back to purchase from Best Buy.
