Was made to wait an hour to pick up a purchase marked "ready for pickup." The item was an Open Box Excellent TV; when opened at home, the TV had no stand or power cable, rendering it useless. Why should the burden be on me, the customer, to ensure everything necessary for operation is included, when the store has marked the product as having these accessories? And after wasting an hour of my time?

Terrible customer service experience. We came to buy another soundbar because the previous all-in-one (purchased at this store) lacked bass. The front greeter was friendly; however, the product experts were not at all friendly. The first one was dismissive, so we waited patiently for the second to finish with a customer. He told us to hang on twice while we waited for 30min. During this time, I saw the customers leave, he talked to another customer and then we noticed him helping yet another customer load their order into a vehicle. Needless-to-say, we left. Utter disappointment; thanks but no thanks.
