I’ve had mostly good experiences at the Best Buy in Watertown. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually well stocked. When you find the right employee, they’re friendly and genuinely helpful, especially for electronics questions and returns.
That said, service can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on how busy it is, and sometimes it takes a while to get assistance or handle online pickups. Parking is available, which makes the visit more convenient. Overall, it’s a solid location for browsing and buying electronics, and I’d recommend it if you know what you’re looking for.
Looks like a graveyard in certain sections, but we saw switch 2 remotes online at this location and they were there. On the plus side we got to see and interact with some new technologies. That was fun.
Not a good experience today, I had to wait 15+ minutes to get any support and left without buying what I wanted. Unlikely to go back.

I was greeted upon entering the store and when I wasn't sure where an item was, an employee was available to assist me.
