Best Buy Watertown

I have tried to be patient with best buy but they have cancelled my delivery of a TV set THREE TIMES. I can't make this stuff up. Normally I hate to write negative reviews about anyone or anything - but this borderlines on ridiculous. They send a text saying they are coming - but they never show up. I had to go down to the store in Watertown where I waited nicely for over an hour to get this problem resolved. Only to find out it happened again. The quality and oversight down there has gone downhill. I think corporate needs to get involved and fire everyone that is involved in this negligence. I also called the main Watertown number 5 times - there is no direct way to reach anyone in the Watertown location - they reroute you overseas where they play this horrible non responsibility merry go around. I asked to be transferred to the Watertown location several times but they say there is no way to speak to a human in the Watertown location. This is even after I went down to the store to clear it all up. There is a lot of pass the buck - you cant get a manager overseas on the phone - the customer service reps play dumb and then tell you the managers are all on another line - but they cant tell you who will call you back or when etc etc. I think so far all in I have been on the phone and drove down there costing me about 3 hours of my life. This does not include my wife also calling where she received the same amount of run around and pass the buck and general mental abuse of not being able to talk with anyone that can help the situation.

Ottimo punto vendita della famosa catena di elettronica. Locale molto grande con tantissimi prodotti di vario genere. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nei pressi sono presenti numerosi parcheggi gratuiti. Poca fila alla cassa nonostante era un giorno festivo. Consigliatissimo

Huge store, zero employees anywhere to be found. Couldn't find someone to open a locked case for 10 minutes. Have up and left. Won't be back.

Quick shout out to DJ! He was super friendly and professional today. He had such a positive attitude and clearly someone who cares about helping customers. As they say, you’re only as good as your last customer, and DJ nailed it.
