Store is a little overwhelming. Too much stuff, very disparate categories of items, staff isn't very forthcoming. I had to track down a salesperson and request a checkout clerk the two times I visited.

My daughter and I had an exceptional experience while visiting the Annapolis location today. We were considering replacing Keyboard on an existing laptop, but after speaking with Avery, we decided to purchase a new MacBook Pro. Avery was incredibly patient and detailed, helping us find the best offer and rebate on the make and model that made the most sense for my daughter’s needs. Avery also offered to audit our Verizon cellular family plan and spent 30 minutes with us on the phone with Verizon chipping away at every line item on our family account, and I walked out of the store saving $100 a month on my mobile plan. I can’t say enough good things about Avery’s competence and kindness. She is an incredible asset to your organization, and the reason we’ll be back when it’s time to upgrade our phones and other electronics

I showed up at this Best Buy location at 11 PM to wait outside for a Pokémon drop happening in the morning. Me and many others waited all night from 11 PM in the freezing cold Until 10 AM when the store opened. It wasn't until right at 10 AM. The manager came out and told everybody in line that it is one item per customer. When asked about why is this the case and why they don't have the courtesy to put a sign out on the door that says the policy of purchasing, Or even come out a little earlier and tell people how it's gonna be Run. The manager Says that there are too many "scalpers" that frequent the store And that she can't let everybody buy one of each product Like every other store does because of the "scalpers" and "loopers". The manager let people jump back in line after others have finished their purchases. And I was cut off after my second or third time grabbing something By the manager, claiming that I already had "enough". This is ridiculous that people who show up at 9:30 AM were able to get the same items as people who showed up at 9:30 PM the night before. Shame on everybody who works at the store. Especially the management. Very incompetent and plays two sides of the fence. Stay away and go to a different location if you are looking for Pokémon
