We ordered two kitchen appliances on Black Friday, 11/29/24. They were scheduled to be delivered on 12/20. The customer service for appliance installation has been terrible. It is all automated--I keep getting text messages about "my pre-delivery checklist" but no confirmation about whether they actually have the units in stock. Delivery has been rescheduled twice (by text message). No explanation or apology is given for when we have set aside a whole day for the delivery (they don't give you a time window for installation until the day of the delivery). So we keep emptying cabinets and re-arranging the kitchen but they don't show up. We have called and held for customer service multiple times (I even spoke to a supervisor) to no avail.
So buyer beware. I'm not sure at this point whether we will ever get our two new appliances.
