Utterly despicable management. My grandmother who only speaks Spanish, came into the store after her laptop died. Tell me why Paula ran her credit multiple times in a row without telling her???? I'm disgusted in this place. I've been loyal for years and it's really gone down hill. Why would a manager take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable??
Decided to purchase a new TV that was advertised as open-box in “Excellent” condition. When I opened the box, all the accessories were missing and there were a few scratches on the screen, certainly not “excellent” condition. When I went to return the tv, I said I still wanted to buy the TV and if they would be able to give me a small discount on a new one in compensation for all the trouble I went through. The store employees said “no” and I should have known the risks. Was pretty disappointed in that answer so I wrote a review here. Someone from Best Buy immediately reached out and offered a small discount on a replacement Tv. Perfect, that’s all I wanted. Not sure why the in-store employees weren’t able to do the same. Oh well, happy now. Hopefully, the pickup and installation of the new TV goes well.

An employee dismissed my concern that my "brand new" online TV pickup was an open-box item.
The next day, Manager BP immediately resolved the issue. He took my open-box return and completed an exchange for a new unit without question or hesitation.
BP demonstrated outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Please recognize him—his quick and fair resolution ensures I remain a loyal Best Buy customer.
