Went there today for a fairly expensive purchase of several electronic items. John and CJ from the Video Game, TV, & Computer areas were extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They accommodated my special requests and provided for a smooth check-out experience. They are both great assets to the store. Very grateful to have had their assistance !!
Brought in 3 items to clean out and refurbish
Needed to talk to salesperson at the Annapolis store. Called the “store number”. Waited on hold for 15-20 min then got a call center. Said they couldn’t transfer me to the site itself -they didn’t take calls. I’ll buy the TV direct from Sony online instead.
