How do I check product availability at the Annapolis Best Buy?

Needed to talk to salesperson at the Annapolis store. Called the “store number”. Waited on hold for 15-20 min then got a call center. Said they couldn’t transfer me to the site itself -they didn’t take calls. I’ll buy the TV direct from Sony online instead.

Horrible customer service when calling. The representatives could not answer any of my questions refused to transfer me to a supervisor and stated they could not transfer me to the store to speak with someone. I was transferred to 4 different people that barely spoke English and my questions were never answered! Ridiculous!!!’
