Went for computer repair.....all good
Bought an instant camera on 6/23 opened it on 7/16 while in Europe. didn’t work picture’s underdeveloped. Brought it in 8/1 sent to geeks back to customer service. Needed credit card went home & got it. 2 week return - never told of policy. Ridiculous spent $150 plus film & left junk camera with them. Will never go back to Best Buy in Annapolis.
In the first 15 minutes that I was in the store I had 3 salespeople approach me. I walked around looking at different things because I was trying to spend a gift card. When I was in the home security area, I was there at least 15 minutes. I thought one of the four employees standing talking to each other would walk over. I had to go to them and ask for someone to help me.
The best part of my shopping experience was when I was checking out. The young lady was very helpful and pleasant.
Purchased a 65" Samsung 3 weeks ago with full installation by Geek Squad. Confirmed with Best Buy/Geek Squad 7 days before installation and again 2 days prior in person at the Annapolis store with the store manager and the TV dept manager. Today the installation crew never called and never arrived. When I called at noon they assured me my TV and install materials were on the truck and I was next up after they finished their first job. They were supposed to call 30 minutes out. No call from anyone. At 5pm I called and found out that the equipment was never loaded as an install crew was never assigned. So, everyone I spoke to on the phone and the management in person just flat out lied. I highly recommend you seriously consider whether or not to deal with Best Buy in Annapolis - and know going in that you will be told only what they know you want to hear. Truth is optional.
UPDATE - after requesting an 'escalation' I received a call over an hour later from 'Faith' who proceeded to claim they had called me three times and emailed twice noting that they had cancelled. I have the voice mails from Best Buy to prove otherwise. Again more lies. We have resolved the matter by visiting the Annapolis Best Buy, cancelled our product and installation and had them process a full refund. Done.
