Jordan and Aeleen were awesome very polite, friendly and helpful I was so indecisive about phone gadgets I needed and they took great care of me!
Really rough experience, and I most definitely will not be buying from Best Buy anymore. I bought a tv and it was defective, I called customer service to get an understanding of the return policy but that was the worst experience ever and the lady was not helpful at all, telling me I’d be waiting a week or more to receive the new tv, so I go into this Best Buy to speak with someone in person. I thought they resolved my problem but nope they tell me I’d get my product just a day later and did I get it that following day? Nope and then I come to find out they’re using just a normal person from an app roadie to deliver my tv… so now I’m waiting for this one to be broken too let’s just hope the driver handles it with care. The communication and also making me just pay additional money is ridiculous and whoever the management is should be ashamed.

Utterly despicable management. My grandmother who only speaks Spanish, came into the store after her laptop died. Tell me why Paula ran her credit multiple times in a row without telling her???? I'm disgusted in this place. I've been loyal for years and it's really gone down hill. Why would a manager take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable??
