The guy who placed my order for my fridge and dishwasher was very nice, but that is where my good experience ended. The day my order was supposed to be delivered, the drivers would not lift my fridge up the stairs because, with the railing, they had to lift it above their waist. This policy would have been nice to know before I placed my order. They would not take the old fridge because of the same reason. I had family bring the new fridge inside and take the old fridge outside. I now have to wait with a fridge on my front lawn for 2 days before they will come back out. They also left the boxes from the appliances. They said the boxes would not fit on the truck. When I called to ask about them leaving the box, the guy on the phone just asked if I had kids that can play in the boxes. I do not have the space for 2 very large boxes in my house for my kids to play in. I have never delt with a delivery company that would not take the trash that the appliances came in. I will not order anymore appliances from Best Buy.
