I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy thanks to Greg. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions. He took the time to explain the differences between laptops and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs. While in this store, an employee placed the wrong order online since the tv was not available on hand. It’s understandable that mistakes can be made even though we clearly stated we wanted a 50in, not a 43in tv. The issue here is I’ve tried cancelling through customer service but cannot. Now I have to receive the item after waiting 3 days to then get a refund to then try and repurchase the tv with no rewards applied due to the initial cancellation. When I tried calling to fix this issue no one answered, similarly to no one helping my wife and I while we were looking for tvs in the store. Poor customer service.
