I ordered a pair of Apple AirPods Max using my PayPal account and was told the order would be ready within an hour. After waiting the full hour and driving 20 minutes to the Bel Air store, I went to the register to pick it up. The associate told me my order was not ready and that she didn’t know how long it would be. When I explained that I had already waited an hour, she simply repeated that it wasn’t ready and couldn’t give me any estimate at all. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for a better explanation. Instead, the manager was even less helpful. He blamed the holidays for the delay and still couldn’t tell me when my order would be ready. No apology, no urgency—just “I don’t know.” At that point, I canceled my order on the spot. Amazon may not be perfect, but at least they can give an accurate delivery time—something Best Buy apparently cannot manage. This experience was unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again, especially not at the Bel Air location.

Wow! If you need help buying a new tv because you don’t understand how they work or what you need, go to the Bel Air store and talk to “Z”. He is so educated about their products and how tv works and he will help you figure out what you really want!

Mike Z. helped us pick out a TV after our old one broke. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all our questions. He also helped us set up a best buy credit card and it was super easy!

Bought tv paid for install. Now I have I broken tv mounted to my wall that noone wants to step up and take care of. Told call this number get transfered around , we can come back is 6 or 7 days but we have no solutions for you with this great piece of wall art that is broken on my wall. Dont purchase here go to bigscreen store or someone else that cares about people. Everyone acts like you are inconveniencing them because you have a problem. Best Buy doesnt care about customer service or solutions anymore. Stay away.
