Easy pick up for an "excellent condition" open box PS5. Unfortunately, I found that it didn't have a power cord when I got home an hour away. The woman on the phone was unhelpful - the only option was to drive an hour back with my receipt even though I had literally just picked it up. I'll just return it to a closer store and buy a new one elsewhere on principle. No wonder Best Buys are closing all over the country.

My husband and I got the best service from a young man named Ryan at the Bel Air Best Buy today. He was super willing to help us and located additional stock for us in the store. We were able to leave with 2 Shokz head sets for our future runs! Very pleased, service like that is hard to find anymore. I recommend Bel Air Best Buy because of Ryan!!
