Appliances are good. But that total tech support is garbage. Trying to communicate with a company that outsources the call center to another country is a total nightmare. Still sitting around with a dishwasher that's not working.

I would leave 5 starts if I didn’t have this encounter. Thanks Mandi for helping me out. Good afternoon, I was in the Best Buy store number 296. Which is located in Bel Air, Maryland. This was around 11:15am - 11:31am today September 29, 2024. I was in the store to buy a new TV, but because I’m on a budget. I didn’t want to spend more than what I knew I can afford. The gentleman named Z, who was helping an older gentleman and his daughter prior to me. As he was done with them, he informed me that once he’s done, he would come and help me and my mother. We both said, sure not a problem. When he came back, I told him I needed a TV. He asked if I knew which TV I wanted. I told him, yes and showed him an LG 55 inch TV. After I showed him which TV I wanted. He told me “I wouldn’t buy an LG with a 10 foot pole. But that’s just my personal opinion.” I said okay, and he showed me other TVs but I explained that I didn’t want to go over my budget. He started showing TVs that were $200 plus over my budget. Z than tried to sell me the Best Buy credit card. And when I inquired about if a check would be needed. He said it would be a credit check. I declined because I’m trying to save up for a house. When I still went with the LG. Z got mad, threw his pen, and I tried to stop him. My mother said what happened, what’s the issue. I told her, he than said to me. “I have other customers walking around the store to help. So you can grab and go to the front.” I told him I want his supervisor now and not later. He got more mad and stomped off! His supervisor, Mandie came over. She helped me out. I told her what happened. She apologized and said this isn’t the first time this has happened. Mandie checked me and my mother out. And helped with loading the TV. I’m asking for some kind of compensation now because now I don’t know if I want to return to Best Buy in fear that this will happen again.

My husband and i were in and out pretty fast with the help of Riley! Riley greeted us pretty quickly while we broswed phones, answered a bunch of our questions, was really helpful in choosing a phone that will last a long time, and was super cool and friendly!

Do not pre-order from this best buy and expect to receive your order on time. I have waited 3 hours past this Best Buy's scheduled pick-up time and have yet to receive my prepaid order....
