I bought a GE refrigerator and few months later it stopped making ice. Best buy could not help me to get it fixed. It's very difficult to get anyone on the phone for help. Their customer service is a mess. Don't buy the service package! It's a waste of time and money.

Just another Best Buy. I thought Best Buy was all about not laying tvs flat as it can crack the screen
