Eventually found what I needed. Took a while for me to find somebody to help me get the item that I wanted. It's best buy, just happy there still around. 2 and half star.

Very disappointed with how the Manager handled my situation today. The gentleman at Geek Squad relayed to me that he thought they should and wanted to help me, but his manager said no. My 3-month-old Insignia TV, which is a Best Buy brand, started to not work properly, and Best Buy support said to bring it in to look at. I took it off the wall mount and took it in for them to just turn it on and nothing else, which seemed pointless and a waste of my time. They then said I would need to pay $60 just to send it out for possible repair, which could also have a cost, or I would have to buy another TV. I am shocked that their TV at not even close to a year old, isn't covered for repair or replacement. Not what I expected when dealing with Best Buy. I am hoping that Insignia or Best Buy makes this right. They will ultimately lose more money from me not trusting them and purchasing my products elsewhere.

Always finding open box deals in great shape. However beware of their new 15 day return policy. They will scam you with a "membership" which results in you getting a 30 day return window on purchases. Isn't that neat? A subscription for an extra 15 day return window. Hucksters.
