How do I check product availability at the Bel Air Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

No they will not accept a return like they said they would and yes it would have made a lot more sense to buy it for $10 from Amazon then to overpay at Best buy and not be able to return it even though they said you could

Found a promotion this morning at 7am for a TV I wanted. I took a screen print to make things easier. (See attached) The Bel Air store opened at 10am. When I arrived at the store just before 11am I was told the promotion was no longer valid. I showed them multiple screen prints like the one I attached. The person who identified himself as the manager said there was no way to honor the promotion and there was no one in the company higher than him who could help me or I could contact. His only recommendation was to pay $49.95 for their Plus account and hope that they have the sale again at a later time. That only added to my disappointment after driving 15 miles to the store. I am now a very disappointed ex Best Buy customer.

I did however reach out via your chat site where I was told promos are pulled once stock is depleted and they could not help me. I pointed out that stock for this item was readily available for delivery in two days. I was then told "However I also have an amazing offer for you. ". The offer turned out to be %15 in rewards on my first purchase if I opened a BestBuy credit card. I was told just click the link and fill out the quick application. I did as recommended and after completing the application I received a message that I would receive something in the mail in a week or so. The sale price on this TV ends on Sunday.
I give up.
