Recently my wife and I bought a pair of Apple Watches from Best Buy for store pickup. After infuriating talks with both Best Buy and or service provider over the phone, we returned to the actual store for help activating. I will say that one thing you’ll never get with online stores is the great customer service we received in the actual store. The phone tech guy, Ryan, was very helpful and friendly. He calmly and professionally walked us through the process, and made us feel very welcomed. We even bought bigger straps and a case for our new Apple Watches solely based on how well he treated us. We will definitely be back, and ask for him by name for any future assistance we might need. Thanks again, Ryan!
Went to return an opened game. Was pleasantly surprised when the app allowed me the return after marking the game as opened. The app gave me a barcode to show the store to process the return. The manager on duty said that store policy does not allow the return of open games despite showing him in the app that it indeed does and gives a barcode. Was denied the return.
I entered with several questions about some specific needs that would need to be met to achieve a personal goal and all questions were answered.

I bought a GE refrigerator and few months later it stopped making ice. Best buy could not help me to get it fixed. It's very difficult to get anyone on the phone for help. Their customer service is a mess. Don't buy the service package! It's a waste of time and money.
