Wow! If you need help buying a new tv because you don’t understand how they work or what you need, go to the Bel Air store and talk to “Z”. He is so educated about their products and how tv works and he will help you figure out what you really want!

Mike Z. helped us pick out a TV after our old one broke. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all our questions. He also helped us set up a best buy credit card and it was super easy!

Bought tv paid for install. Now I have I broken tv mounted to my wall that noone wants to step up and take care of. Told call this number get transfered around , we can come back is 6 or 7 days but we have no solutions for you with this great piece of wall art that is broken on my wall. Dont purchase here go to bigscreen store or someone else that cares about people. Everyone acts like you are inconveniencing them because you have a problem. Best Buy doesnt care about customer service or solutions anymore. Stay away.

Had an online pick up order of a 65 inch Sony oled tv with a damaged box but didn’t think much of it. Got home, opened the box and the tv was severely damaged. Took the tv back within an hour and thanks to Trey, Austin, Curtis and the geek squad supervisor who I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you guys were very understanding and were all awesome and got me hooked up with a new tv. Great customer service! When I move with my girlfriend and need to get a 77 inch oled Sony tv for our gaming room next I’ll definitely be coming back here
