bought a tv great staff they got the tv for me even brought it up to the register for me
Very helpful and well informed employees
Im trying to speak with SOMEBODY who actully works in the Bel Air Store to get some car audio stuff done and not some AI agent that refers me to somebody in Pakistan who cant speak english. Im not driving all the way to Bel Air to just schedule an appointment to have an amp and sub installed to drive back again another day...or somebody tell me nobody does that there or they are under staffed.
Whoever said their employees were helpful.. that was not the case for me. The employee Sam greeted me at the door and asked me what I was there for. I told him I needed to trade in my Nintendo Switch 1. He said that it wouldn't be accepted and to come back later. I said that I needed to trade it in now because the Nintendo trade in deal was happening that weekend (I went on Friday, the trade in deal was ending on Sunday), but he continued to say that my switch wouldn't be accepted without even seeing the switch itself. He was rude, unprofessional, and wouldn't tell me where to go. The store was dirty, the other employees outside of this one individual were nowhere to be found to also help me out. I was left to the mercy of this employee, and I was mad I wasn't getting help for this trade in deal for my switch. Genuinely the worst experience and it was the only time I could've taken advantage of the deal. I wasn't able to actually trade it in, and this store was already dirty, the employees were unprofessional and negligent, and I'm so glad I didn't conduct business at this store at the end of the day. I'm just frustrated I didn't actually take advantage of the deal that was initially offered, and why I visited the store to begin with. Whatever. DO NOT GO HERE
