Selection at best but outlet is always hit or miss, I'm used to that. The part I am not used to is the what seems like a lack of training of their employees. The sales person I had issues operating the cash register to start. I didn't get a $50 gift card for not needing delivery and lastly is took 4 people to load my washer/dryer combo into my truck..... loading in the truck was the worst part, they were dead set on using this piece of equipment to lift my washer/dryer combo, but yet the appliance was too big and they never even stopped to look at my truck to realize standing up wasn't an option due to my work rack (face palm). I would have done it myself if not for my dress clothes.... not coming back here, I'll drive the extra time and distance to Manassas.

Got excellent deals all the way around the staff is so knowledgeable and go over and beyond I love it I will return definitely!

Excellent customer service here! Be mindful that most of the products have been opened/returned. So some of the products are missing things like "a power brick". Ultimately, the staff is great about makeing sure everything works.
