I would like to commend Jason & Dre. These young men provided EXCELLENT customer service and an overall commendable customer experience. My son and I came to this location to purchase a laptop. We didn't see them on the floor and were about to head for the door when Jason approached us and inquired whether we needed assistance or were looking for anything in particular. It was all smooth sailing from there. Jason informed us he was new and in training but would do his best to help us. That's when Dre stepped in, giving Jason guidance and ultimately leading to our purchase. Not only did these young men work well together but their demeanors, attitudes, tones of voice, and communication were exemplary. Dre is a natural leader, and Jason is a better representative as a trainee & new hire than most seasoned employees. The transparency and knowledgeability of both young men is greatly appreciated. And the overall experience will ensure the next time I need to make an electronics purchase, they'll be the first folks I go see. These young men deserve accolades & monetary incentives for their work ethic and customer service skills; because the service they provided is leaps and bounds above average. Highly recommend. Will return when I need to purchase again.

This is an appliance outlet. Poorly arranged. Items are not priced, but Ashley was on her job. Will never stop here again.
