5 people at at the front door shooting the breeze instead of being on there job. Was in store for 40 minutes before anybody even asked if they can help me. Product you sell on not on display. And a lot that is on display not prices or description of product. Worse best buy I have ever been in. Manager needs fired and hire someone who get this organized

Just left the store after 23 minutes without help. I requested two separate associates for assistance, patiently waited when they ask for a moment. Then they both proceeded to help new incoming customers. The disrespectful part is they both took the new customers right to the tv section i was standing in. Very distasteful service not to mention two managers repeatedly walk by without saying a word. Basically felt like i could take what i wanted and walk out since no one noticed. Just missed out on a $3200 purchase i was looking to make for new tvs and equipment for my newly bought home. Headed to walmart! Do better!

Chantel from geek squad was the most unprofessional manager I've ever met.
They didn't do the service I paid for and then she stopped the staff from giving my refund but the worst part is when she started lying. I don't know if she is internationally lying, pathological liar, or confused from talking to so many other customers but regardless she should not be managing anything.
