I am writing a (-1) star for this cooperation. I purchased an appliance (dryer) for a tenant. The appliance came with a kit to install. On the date of delivery and installation, the people refused to install because the kit was not ‘accurate’. Because of their failure, my tenant had to be without a dryer for a WHOLE month. Contacted Best Buy and nothing was done but to repurchase the kit and set u a new delivery.
Then once the NEW delivery came and installed, Best Buy refused to move the 5 year protection plan to the date of install. When I inquired why, Geek Squad says it is protocol and does not have the authorization to move the date. The protection was meant for the appliance that is being in use. Why would they not move the date?!
DO NOT BUY appliances from Best Buy, they are a scam. Provided one of the worst customer service and refused to be flexible to a client that purchased an appliance worth nearly $1,000. Their lack of service is NOT worth my time, aggravation, and enery. I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCE FROM THEM AGAIN.
