I placed my order in-store and made it very clear that my delivery address was not the same as my billing address. The employee and even the manager both confirmed it was entered correctly. It wasn’t. When I tried to fix the store’s mistake, I spent hours in Best Buy’s chat support being bounced around with long waits and zero resolution. I was told I could call the delivery support team on Sunday to correct the address — which turned out to be false, because that team is closed on Sundays. I posted the screenshot of proof below. So their mistake + their misinformation = I was stuck all weekend with no way to fix it, while a delivery was about to be sent to the wrong house. In the end, I had to cancel the entire order just to avoid a delivery failure. Completely unacceptable experience. If Best Buy can’t even handle a basic delivery address correctly, customers deserve to know before they waste the same time and energy I did.

Absolutely the worst service I could ask for. I expected better from Best Buy. This is the second time I purchased the same appliance, a GE Cooktop. The first order was cancelled after months of waiting when the appliance could not be located. I ordered a second time, was assigned a delivery date of yesterday, and after being given a 12 hr window for the day of delivery and a window of 8 to 12:30 on the day of, the delivery was a no show. It’s hard to convey how time consuming, costly and disruptive this horrible service has been. How do you drop the ball this badly, and twice?
