I ordered online and had it delivered same day. The box came to me with a huge hole in it like something fell on it and a damage slip on both sides to say the box is damaged but not checked by any personal at bestbuy. They just slapped the sticker on it . I open the box and a huge dent is on the t.v and won’t turn on ! Bought it brand new and this is what they send . I’ve been a loyal customer for years with a Best Buy credit card everything and just cannot believe they would send out something like this and not even check the item let alone deliver a open box for a brand new t.v
