As a grad student at UMD, free time is limited, and how I spend that time is precious to me. That’s why I decided recently to pick up a new Xbox, after over 20 years as a PlayStation owner.
Picked it up here at the St. Mary's County location, where I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Charles Perkins. Charles helped me with information regarding financing, appropriate TV sizes for my living room space, and a return I had on the day of pickup. Excellent customer service.
As of the time of this review, prices for fun technology have shot up in price due to crazy economic conditions, so buying a new console at arguably the worst time ever was a carefully made decision. I will be returning once again with future big purchases, hopefully with the assistance of great employees, such as Charles.
