Absolutely the worst service I could ask for. I expected better from Best Buy. This is the second time I purchased the same appliance, a GE Cooktop. The first order was cancelled after months of waiting when the appliance could not be located. I ordered a second time, was assigned a delivery date of yesterday, and after being given a 12 hr window for the day of delivery and a window of 8 to 12:30 on the day of, the delivery was a no show. It’s hard to convey how time consuming, costly and disruptive this horrible service has been. How do you drop the ball this badly, and twice?

Purchased a 65" tv. Best customer service I've had in there yet. Damn shame I can't remember the salesman name. But he was awesome 💥💯
