Truck drivers, stay away from this place. The check in process is extremely slow and inefficient. If you don't have the exact delivery appointment number and it takes time to get it from your broker because they aren't answering or don't have the information, the staff offers little to no flexibility. In my case, I was told to reschedule the appointment because broker answer too late with it the # needed, which can take up to 48 hours to get another slot. Your other option is to drop the trailer and wait at their mercy for unloading. Neither option is driver friendly. The lack of communication, understanding and efficiency can easily cost drivers valuable time and money. I would avoid delivering here whenever possible.
