Great Best Buy store in an unfortunately ridiculous shopping complex with no sense of traffic and patrons. The store is well stocked and well staffed, and online pickup works great. Unfortunately getting to the store once your inside Columbia Gateway is a PITA!

What’s the point of setting an appointment if you still have to wait for so long just to get started I have been waiting for an hour, just to keep hearing “give us 5 minutes, we’ll be right with you.” I had to leave because I was just wasting my time
