Do not book repair through Apple at this location (or probably any Best Buy). For a scheduled drop-off, it took the technician an hour to intake my Apple Watch despite having an appointment. Multiple mis-steps on the technician's part turned what should have taken 10 minutes into an hour. I regret booking a service appointment here and would definitely go directly through Apple next time. I am annoyed that I will probably waste my time again when I come back to pick up my device.
Other customers with appointments were also frustrated that they had 30+ minute wait times... despite having an appointment.
Another huge red flag at the geek squad desk - saw a technician ask a customer to write their computer password down on a sticky note.

Anilay ( I hope I said her name right) is a real one — PERIOD.
I came into Best Buy thinking I was just gonna get some help with a toothbrush price check — simple, right? But what I got was way more than that. Anilay saw I was having issues with my cell phone I bought from Best Buy — it was malfunctioning, and I was beyond frustrated.
Without hesitation, she stepped in. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t pass the problem off. She took full initiative, dug into my account, and walked with me through every single issue — from hardware concerns to billing headaches. We’re talking a full hour of next-level customer service, staying locked in the whole time, determined to make sure I walked out taken care of.
She went above and beyond the call of duty. Most people stop at “I tried” — but not her. She followed through until the issue was solved. And she did it with professionalism, warmth, and real care.
Best Buy — if you know what’s good, you’ll hold on to her tight.
Verizon — that’s the kind of woman you promote.
Anilay, you earned this. You don’t just do customer service — you elevate it.
Best buy is still around and giving jobs to our youth. These youth were very helpful and allowed me to shop without hassle. Will shop here again for the laid back but helpful vibes of the staff.
Always have to hunt down employees for help. Store is neat and clean
