How do I check product availability at the Columbia Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

This review is geared towards the Apple support that Best Buy offers through their geek squad. No one was at the desk upon my scheduled time. Waited for 20min before someone came. Then sat me down for another 30min before I called quits.
Best Buy either you need more people working at geek squad because my appointment was scheduled (1 guy is working with 4 customers and 1 guy is in the back). Don’t go here for Apple services (you’ll wait for no one to help), go to the Apple Store.

Store was noisy as usual. Ordered online, quickly received a message it was ready. Did the pickup in the early evening. It was quick and employee was pleasant.

I don’t know if the worker here thought i was stupid or maybe best buy has some crazy sales quotas but he was overly obnoxious trying to tell me the cheapest laptop i could get was $800. I told him i had a main pc at home and just wanted something portable to take on the go and he was trying to upsell me so annoyingly i left and bought the $400 laptop i was looking at here, at staples. If i wanted to spend $800 i would’ve gone to apple not best buy lol
