Best Buy Columbia

My Samsumg Smartwatch, which I am VERY dependent on, developed a problem that made it unusable. I took it to the Geek Squad, and the very friendly Geek Squad guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes... without making me feel like a dummy!

Shout out for Noena and Delonte. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, customer oriented and are the reason I choose Best Buy Columbia MD. Thanks for all your help Noena and Delonte with my recent Eero Max 7 purchase!

There's a noticable difference in the attitudes of employees here verses locations in other areas. The people at this location are often inappropriate and instead of managers taking control of situations they have inappropriate attitudes. Jocelyn claimed she was a manager which I find hard to believe. She's delusional and thinks she's the store ownerand will not help with anything but will she will do it shout that she'll have you removed from the store...smh. I'd say save yourself time and spend your money elsewhere. There are other bestbuy locations that conduct themselves professionally. If you need to return something to this location and didn't purchase it from here they'll just tell you that you have to take it to the original store you purchased the item if you look like you'll fall for that nonsense.
