Thank you Chelse for being so kind, patient, and helpful! I just bought an iPhone 14 from this location because my old phone was on its last legs, which caused a lot of difficulty transferring data over to my new phone. Chelse spent a ton of time troubleshooting and ended up figuring out how to get things transferred over. One of Chelse’s coworkers (sorry, I can’t remember his name) was also super helpful when I was looking for a phone initially. He quickly realized I was looking for pretty much the most basic phone possible and helped me quickly find it without trying to sell me bells and whistles. I was nervous about getting a new phone because it always seems to be a headache but these two made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you so much, I had a great experience!

This was a really weird interaction that me and my father had while shopping for a new computer. I did tons of research and decided on a computer and my dad went in to place an order to pick it up. For some odd reason, the sales clerk kept trying to sell my dad other computers instead of just helping my dad with the exact link I sent. (I couldn’t be with him during this time). The employee tried to talk my dad out of buying the computer I wanted, saying “your daughter doesn’t need a gaming computer” and “this is for pro gamers, not someone like your daughter to use”. I found this upsetting since we just were trying to pick up an exact model but instead was taken on a whole loophole just for the clerk to send my dad home because I “didn’t need a computer like that”. Please do better best buy. Your clerk sure as heck doesn’t know who I am or my lifestyle. Just under the assumption that I didn’t need it for whatever reason he came up with in his head. Also why would you decide for me (who’s not even present) what a good computer for me would be? crazy!!
