I love my local Best Buy. The people there are super helpful and they don't press you. They ask if you need help, and if you say no, they leave you alone. If you do need it they are happy to do it. Super nice people, and they always help me find what I'm looking for. I've also run into some employees who are just super geeks like me, and we can talk about tech.

Frank and Nathaniel did an excellent job setting up my new 75” tv and moved my old one down to my basement with no trouble. I was very impressed by their attitudes and professionalism. They stayed and chatted while I logged into all my services just to make sure I was all good. Very good service

I hate coming here, unless its something I can grab myself. The customer service is trash. No one is ever available to help. Do your own research and make an order online to pickup yourself. I went in for a tablet that I knew I wanted. Waited, wasn’t approached by anyone. Had to find someone myself. He gave me the wrong information, began helping someone else said he would be right back, never came back. I had to hunt to find someone else. She grabbed the wrong one that I realized while at the register. I had to wait for right one to be brought to me. The whole place is a mess. They didn’t have any screen protectors or cases. Save yourself the headache and just buy ahead of time online and pick it up. Best Buy used to be awesome back in the day. 😢
