Let me start this review by saying that not everybody here is a bad Apple. I come in here often and there's been many accounts where I've had great interactions with some of your employees. Wholehearted, kind and respectful conversations. With that being said I had an encounter today on 7/24/26 of a younger man who had longer blonde hair working the product pickup desk. I never caught his name but by far was one of the worst encounters I've had with one of your employees. Not only was the sky extremely irritated over something so embarrassiny small like having to relog into the order pick up computer. But he was extremely blunt and belittling with his words in my interaction with him. The ignorance of this guy and his lack of self awareness is alarming! Not everybody can come in with a wad of cash or have good enough credit to apply and/or be accepted for a Best buy credit card. This guy was belittling of my way of purchasing some of your items. Some of his comments were just unprofessional, blunt, disrespectful, arrogant, ignorant, immature and trying in a very poor attempt to make humor over the way that I'm purchasing my items. At the end of the day I have thick skin and I'm willing to let things roll, I can respect somebody shooting me straight. But there's a difference when you work in the customer service world and how you have to handle yourself or go about things because it's not his name that's on the building it's Best Buys. So, instead creating a scene and verbally going in on the guy. I'm deciding to leave a review in hopes you can correct this issue. I would suggest you put this guy far in the back sweeping floors or in the bathrooms plunging toilets.

If you know what you want and where to find it, this store is great but if you’re looking for help don’t go. I went in looking for a new TV and after walking around the TVs for 20 minutes someone came by and said they would get someone to help me. 15 minutes later I had to walk to the front of the store and ask for help. Finally someone came to help but wasn’t much help.
