Went to the Best Buy store on June 19th worked with the Samsung rep Dan for about 2 hours, decided to buy an open box tv which was a Hisense 65QD7N, the open box tv price was $221 an with taxes I paid $243. I drove an hour to get to the store and another hour back home. Hooked up the tv to see a dead bug on the inside of the screen. On 6/20 I drove another hour into the store and talked to Trey the GM and also Carl about the issue and wanted to get something similar for the same price because it was not my fault that Best Buy did not notice this. I was told that they could not help me with getting another tv for the same price. I was told I had to spend more money for another TV which I did not want to do because I got the original tv for an amazing deal. I am very disappointed in Best Buy. I spent a total of 5 hours driving to and from the store and wasted a ton of time just to get told they could not help me even though it was there fault.
Store looks good. But harassment and threats of physical pain being yelled at me late nights on Glenrock Dr Frederick MD 21703 ???? Why??
Be wary. The store member instructed me in what to purchase but it turns out it was the incorrect device. You only get 14 days to return or you’re stuck with it. Customer service was terrible, unhelpful. Look elsewhere for your needs
This Best Buy has a variety of appliances, games, consoles, computers, TVs, phones, and more. No complaints. Generally, good experiences here.
