Worst customer service geek squad member ‘duck’ can’t not even handle customer at all after I send 2000 dollars in their straight disrespect told to get out of the store will not help me out told me to go to another store. Will not be shopping there anymore.
Bought a tv in Dec 2024 with extra warranty
Came out and looked at it and Chuck said it was physical damage not covered. Well, tv on wall, which we cannot access. So how could we have done this.
Went to store and ended up getting full credit, picked out new tv and few days later they cancelled!
Never knew and waited for install. Nobody contacted so called again and said they were sorry and set up a new install. Received a call today from a manager named Matt.
Not very understanding, poor listener, and did not care. He said nothing he will for us! They cancelled 2x on us. Not very understanding and poor management. The staff person who helped us, one of them, Carl, was very nice.
We are very loyal customers and what a shame to treat us like this. Not accommodating at all and Matt did not care.
Very sad.
