We had GREAT service in the store last weekend, but getting through to them on the phone is virtually impossible! I have tried 3 times today and it just gets transferred to a National call center. I now understand why the sales reps give out their personal cell phone numbers on the paperwork, although I think that should not need to be the case (or a good idea!). I don't understand why the store can't just answer the phone and transfer to the appropriate department. Sadly, live people on phone lines are getting harder to find each year. It was hard enough to even get past the automated attendant and get transferred! Very frustrating :(
