On 12/3/24, my cell phone screen was 90% black, I could not see enough to open my phone with my code. I went to Best Buy to see if they could download my information onto a new phone. It was touch and go to try to see enough of the screen to do that, but Anthony G and Rocio worked together to create techno magic, they transferred all of my info to the new phone. I have had less than stellar experiences with Best Buy in the past, but these two employees have made me a believer again. Thank you! Give them both a raise.
Did a little black Friday shopping deals where not what they have been years past but it was nice to see the products before purchasing
