On 12/3/24, my cell phone screen was 90% black, I could not see enough to open my phone with my code. I went to Best Buy to see if they could download my information onto a new phone. It was touch and go to try to see enough of the screen to do that, but Anthony G and Rocio worked together to create techno magic, they transferred all of my info to the new phone. I have had less than stellar experiences with Best Buy in the past, but these two employees have made me a believer again. Thank you! Give them both a raise.

I had a lot of issues in regards to my Verizon plan. I spent 2 hours in this store and had assistance from Carl. Carl actually made me cry because of how nice, and compassionate he was. He stayed 20 minutes past his schedule to help me. Carl had small talk with me, and continuously apologized to me about the stress I was under with Verizon. I haven’t had customer service like this in a long time.
Carl didn’t rush to get out, he didn’t complain about being late to his plans. He stayed to make sure my issue was resolved.
Carl, I hope you see this and I hope your dinner plans with your wife were amazing.
Best Buy- you need more employees like Carl. He was the nicest person there out of the 8 other employees in that section.
