Fellow customers be warned! I purchased a brand new Xbox Series X, 72" TV, wall mount, surround sound and all the extras from this location just before Christmas for my family. Spending close to $5k.
Suddenly the Xbox stopped working... The Xbox no longer boots up and just displays an error message. We're 8 days outside of the return/exchange window and there's nothing Best Buy will do to help...

I think its getting to a point where the excitement to just roam around best buy is diminished. For some reason its not the same anymore :(. Used to love it 10 years ago
Waited around no cashier and the guy at the front of store totally dismissed us. I am not waiting around and wasting my time
