Very helpful service Dept. My friend's iPhone needed service and the folks there were smart to find the problems and to fix it
Very patient and helpful assistance was given by Stephanie in Geek Squad. Then we walked around looking at laptops and RJ provided us with a great intro and information of the PCs available.
Avoid this place at all costs. Came in for a warranty swap for AirPods that stopped working well within the warranty period. Was greeted by a young girl who was completely dismissive and disrespectful. Asked for a manager, and was greeted by a short gentleman and a tall gentleman with tattoos all up his arms. The tattooed gentleman quickly got hostile and started threatening me with violence and cussing at me. These employees need better training, as no “manager” should ever be treating a customer like that
