I went to this location to buy a video game controller. It was on sale and there was an open box product. The product ended up being damaged, but I work for a living. So I brought it back the next week.
They wanted me to pay the return difference from the sale even though it was in the return window. They offered to fully honor the original return price if I bought their 30 dollar membership. Instead they gave me a five dollar discount.
Then went back to the upselling. I’m sure they are very competitive in sales. During the return they were celebrating a sale over the phone while ripping me off.
