EVERY THING about this store is a total rip off. I bought a tablet that had to be shipped to my home. R u kidding me? Next day delivery they say. The only way I can track the order is if I download the door dash app. R u kidding me? Then I see it is 17 characters long, and best buy doesn't recognize that track number that they assigned to it. I look at my receipt and there is nothing that resembles the wording nor the higher price I was charged on my receipt. It is day of shipping 7pm and still no sign of door dash. Never, never, never will I buy from them again. Over the years, service has dropped from 100% to 2%. BEST BUY, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I returned an iPad under warranty, it was replaced the lady at the geek squad was very helpful with the return. Jemina was also very helpful in setting up my new unit. She was very busy but very nice. 12 stars

Purchased a GE microwave at this store and later discovered that the unit purchased had an unacceptable repair that was only noticeable when I went to change the carbon filter. Contacted Best Buy and received the typical runaround from a customer service chat bot. Seems they are happy to sell damaged or defective products but unwilling to provide any support after the sale. My advice is to avoid Best Buy altogether. There are plenty of better retailers.

This place sucks. I come here occasionally to get tech related things for me and my business no one asks if anyone needs help. Employees are constantly just hanging out and talking amongst themselves. They constantly seem understaffed even though employees are free and talking amongst each other. Far from impressed.
