The leadership at this Best Buy is truly first-class, especially the GM. I’ve been a customer at this location for over 13 years, and whenever I’ve had an issue, they always step up to make it right or find a solution. At a time when customer service is often declining, it’s refreshing to see a place like this Best Buy continue to rise above.

They didn't have what I needed but most places don't right now, so I was offered to order it which was nice and appreciate it

It's amazing that best buy survives. Selection extremely weak. The service was abysmal. Asked for help 3 times, different employees, no help the freezer was busy scrolling on her phone, never again.
