I am an older, overweight, frumpy woman, currently in the middle of THOUSANDS of dollars worth of dental work...now u see me. OK, I came into your store with a tall younger man who looks much more informed...electronically anyway. So we walk in and he leads to the iPhone counter a head covered (only because I didn't get her name) young woman looked up the iphone model we asked for, said there were 2, white & silver... then walked off.... NEVER TO RETURN. after about 20 min my friend became annoyed, went to the door person to ask for help. there were like 20 employees to like 3 customers. I know EXACTLY what kind of discrimination this is... and he is overwhelmed with feelings of judgement and lost worth as a customer. It was curious for me to watch him react to something I deal with every day. Judged as BROKE, not worth wasting time to help. In reality He is a tech specialist for a major co, I am a disabled person, who owns my house outright, drive a mustang with a 401K to last me fine... with an exceptional FICO score and we were in your store for a $600 purchase.... I HAVE VALUE, train your employee's. 4/21 15:19 ticket #427

Just went in and got a Tv. In and out. We were helped by Duck, he was friendly and helpful. Thanks
Geek squad was accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely use them again. Overheard them helping older clients and they were thorough, patient and helpful. We had an easy question, but listening to how they helped others was endearing and incredibly human. Well done.
