I thought I saw an article locally that this store was supposed to close? Or will it be closed due to declined sales and underperforming store? Otherwise, this has been my main store and it's disappointing it will be closing soon. The only stores left nearby is Germantown and Rockville at this point.

The employees seemed to be quite confused about my pickup order. They swapped it between stores multiple times, sending me on a wild goose chase in rush hour.
After I drove between 2 stores multiple times to pick up my item, they were unable to locate it and wasted my time.
I will never ever again make a purchase from Best Buy.

I asked an associate in customer service for help with locked fitness wearable and no one came- left store after almost half hour of waiting and went to the Rockville Pike location instead
In Rockville Pike location, someone greeted me at the door and within 10 minutes I was able to pay in checkout
Update: in response to the owner, based on past reviews of this location this problem seems to be pervasive. My suggestion is to do blind test for your location to see where the problem might be.
You staff are nice enough, but seem insufficiently aware what is acceptable length of time to help a customer. You have good people that could use some training or encouragement
