BUYER BEWARE !!!
I never write bad reviews I usually don't say nothing if I don't have nothing good to say this is the second issue I had with them recently multiple more throughout the years.
I bought the total protection plan I got the warranty on my devices on top of that then I also have their credit card well all that get you is them to say thank you cuz they do not do nothing to help you literally they expected me to be without my phone for 3 weeks as I was waiting for my replacement that I paid or extra warranty for and was on their protection plan after fighting with them for 2 weeks I finally got the proper store manager to help me out cuz every one of them says they're a manager including Dylan from GEEK squad THE LAST TIME I JUST WENT UP THERE sorry for caps I took my soundbar I recently bought a couple months ago cuz my TV has no sound . The so-called manager literally did everything I told him I did for over a hour over and over three steps then when somebody get in line he would take care of them and his push me to the side which is whatever you know when you supposedly care about customer service I could see that. After all that waiting instead of exchanging product he told me he would have to send it out to have it possibly repaired then take it from there and it was going to be 4 weeks how is that acceptable The manufacturers warranty is better. I tried to get a real manager like the first time I got help with my cell phone but Dylan kept insisting that he was the top store manager.... please Best buy 🙏 do better with Amazon literally swapping out anything for any cause without having to pay a extra credit card protection plan and warranty on top of it you guys are dead in the water here shortly especially your customer service really sucks for the last past year an change.
