Front desk checkout was not as helpful in finding product. Pointed in a direction and then helped the next person check out having to wait back in line for help
I really miss Best Buy from 20 years ago. When people actually cared to help you because they made commissions.
Worst experience ever in a Best Buy today. A lot of pointing and “you can look online”
First of all your store doesn’t have aisles that are numbered and everything looks the same, so when you point I have no idea where you’re talking about! And, if I wanted to look online, I wouldn’t come to the store. Never again
