I bought an open box gaming TV. 65 inch TCL Q7 to be exact. It was a great price. However, I had to wait almost an hour at the store to pick it up, despite receiving an email stating it's ready for pickup. Also, the TV came with no legs or remote without any type of notification prior to the purchase. After talking to an employee they told me, it happens sometimes with open box purchases, which seems like unfair and dishonest business practices. This was at the Glen Burnie location to be more specific

We purchased an aftermarket radio for our truck.And we're told that it would work with the buttons on the steering wheel and had to buy extra parts for that.It was also supposed to have a c d player in it and it does not. Seems to me.The salesman needs to know what he's selling before he starts Selling all sort of things that aren't there and parts to hook them up with. On top of which it's now going to cost us 2:01 hour trips because Best Buy no longer has anyone close to us to get everything put in.So we have to return to get it taken back out. Very frustrating experience.Doubt we'll buy much from best buy
