Best Buy Glen Burnie

What a horrible experience Best Buy in Glen burnie gave me tonight along with there manager Patrick Bryer. I went to Best Buy to look at Audio Technica Record players. they had 4-5 left, after spending time looking at the two different models I decided on the LP70BT model that the had three of. The prices listed on the tags was 199.00 there were two or three different price labels that said LP70b…. All were priced at 199. This model had all the features I wanted so I got one and took it to the register. I was informed that it was 249.00. I told the cashier that it was marked at 199.00 and there wasn’t a single price tag for 249.00 anywhere in the aisle that held the record players. The cashier and I walked back to the register where he called Patrick Bryer the manager. He told Patrick that there was no price tags back there for 249.00 and several at 199.00. Patrick response was sorry there’s nothing he could do about it. I asked if he would match the price off 199.00 because there wasn’t even a price tag in the aisle justifying the 249.00 price. He told me he could not and it was just mis placed in the wrong spot. To witch I said no because there is no 249.00 price tag in the aisle anywhere so it’s not in the wrong spot you guys have it priced wrong. He decided to start mubbling to himself which o could not understand most of which. Furthermore if you have something priced and change the price at the register is that considered bait and switch, this instance more specific since there was no 249.00 price tag for any record player in the aisle with the record players.

Staff were Personable, Knowledgeable and Customer Friendly, as Usual!

My second time visiting and my second time enjoying everything from the food , it's cost , the timely manner in which it was prepared and presented , to the atmosphere , the cleanliness and the warmth of the staff and other diners. I'm definitely going back again.

Very good price on what I was looking for.
