My husband and I went in to purchase an anti-virus system. The young man was very helpful on explaining which anti-virus product was best for our laptop. Well we got home and tried to install the software but it wouldn't install. We took it back to the store for a refund and was informed that the software could only be refunded by Webroot. We contacted Webroot and they said that we would have to get the refund from Best Buy. No one wanted to take responsibility for the fact that the software wasn't working. So I talked to my bank about the charge and was told to return the entire purchase and what Best Buy don't refund the bank would refund the difference. The employees should tell you if they don't refund certain softwares.

Best Buy Frederick is finally doing radio installs again! Had a JVC installed in my granddaughters old Toyota! Touch screen, Android Auto & Apple Car Play! They did a great job, reasonably priced!
