The customer service was amazing with getting my set up to see the geek squad to resolve an issue on my phone someone caused, Edwin was supper awesome with showing me all the laptops and explaining which ones are the best for the price and Mike and Brad and Charles were so awesome with fixing my phone I will definitely be a returning customer thanks Best Buy and God bless!

Best Buy in Hagerstown was disappointing. I went in knowing exactly what I needed, but couldn’t find it on my own. The store wasn’t very busy, yet no one approached me or offered help. Even after walking around the aisles for a while, staff members seemed more focused on conversations among themselves than assisting customers.
When I finally did ask for help, the response felt rushed and uninterested. I expect better service from a major electronics retailer, especially when customers clearly look like they need guidance.
The store was clean and well-stocked, but the lack of customer support made the experience frustrating. I got what I needed in the end, but only after wasting time searching without assistance.
Overall, decent store—poor service. I’d recommend it only if you already know where to look or don’t need help finding anything.
