Terrible customer service. Waited in line to purchase a HD drive for about 15 min. A line then formed behind me as I waited. They finally got another worker to come help as there was now a long line. Walk up say I need HD (it's only accessible by store employee) he/she (don't want to misgender them) said oh let me deal with the line first then I'll get it for you........I left.
He/she didn't seem to get why I was frustrated at this even after I said "I waited for 15 mins finally you come and tell me I have to wait for you to help ppl who came after me?????
Best buy do better.
Save the time and headache go to walmart or just order to your door!
Amazon got my $150 sale instead

Geek squad needs more staff. I arrived at 1:20 for my appointment, waited until 2pm and there was no hope in sight for me getting my computer looked at. Not sure that appointments mean anything here. I have other things to do today.
