I scheduled an appointment to have my phone repaired. Wasted an hour traveling just for them to tell me they were too busy to fix it. I’m not sure why they require you to schedule an appointment when they don’t honor their schedule. This is the second time I’ve MADE AN APPOINTMENT, then driven to Best Buy to have my phone fixed; and the second time I’ve left with a still broken phone. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy, ever again.
The customer service was amazing with getting my set up to see the geek squad to resolve an issue on my phone someone caused, Edwin was supper awesome with showing me all the laptops and explaining which ones are the best for the price and Mike and Brad and Charles were so awesome with fixing my phone I will definitely be a returning customer thanks Best Buy and God bless!
Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. What we needed was in stock. Awesome!
