Did not complete the job .
After replacing battery it still does not charge .
Tech gave me a 2 hour window before it was ready , and
said he would check it out to be sure all was working before I left.
On my return to retrieve my phoneHe was assisting another customer and Had no time to go over my phone with me.
He assured me the phone was completely charged and no other issues.
Wrong !!!!! My phone still will not charge or keep a charge. Now I must wait another two days to get an appointment at Best Buy/geek squad.
I was told the tech assisting me was in training. He had called three times for an associate to come over to help .
This was a very unsatisfactory experience, not at all, satisfied with service or attention to detail.
Quick to sign you up, Quick to collect your money….Slow to rectify.

Best Buy here was fantastic. I worked with both a manager and an associate in the computer section, and they really went above and beyond. I went in looking for one model and ended up finding an even better computer on sale. Everything was in stock, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Excellent experience all around.
Mike was so courteous and knowledgeable! It was wonderful having him help me.
