Visited recently and for the first time in a long time things were different. The atmosphere the attitude of the employees, everyone seems genuinely happy and engaging. Whatever they are doing I hope they keep it up.

It’s hard to understand how Best Buy is unwilling to match the most obvious prices on products. The exact same camera product that is going for $300 anywhere else on major sites like Amazon or B&H and yet the Best Buy store manager won’t match the price which is a $23 difference. I don’t get it. They must realize that it takes a simple click on an app to order from Amazon and get it the next day. No wonder the stores are looking more and more like a ghost town. I feel bad for the people on the floor selling because at least they try. I should add, I tried to call the store locally but you can’t get past the buying assistant who which isn’t at the store. What a waste of time. Last time shopping at Best Buy.

It is a shame to go from a 5 star review to a 1 star review in under 5 years. Fall of 2025 - My wife and I were shopping with our granddaughter. A man was using the f word and other profanities in a very loud and belingerent tone towards his family. I asked him to tone it down and he said that he he would use whatever language he wanted. I went to the store manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Left w/o my purchase. Today, I wanted to buy a tv and headphones for use by a 90 year relative. Found the tv. Couldn't locate the headphones. Waiting patiently in the store center for a young man to finish with a customer. He looked up and said I needed to go to customer service if I wanted help. Left w/o my purchase. I have bought kitchen appliances sets, laundry sets, tvs and countless electronics from BB over there years. However, this was my last attempted purchase. These business behaviors are going to make BB a "looking" store. Then customers will shop online. Unfortunately, I am now one of those clients.
