Staff aren't helpful. Walked in to purchase a dishwasher ready to buy cash in hand. Employee asked if we needed keep. We said yes, he said he was going to get someone waited 10 minutes no one came. Went to Lowes got it installed. Go where they want you.

Absolutely horrible. They have had my computer since November 2025 and they still haven’t truthfully or accurately updated me on the service. I called and they’ve given me two different locations on where my computer allegedly is and then said it was a service shortage and I probably won’t see my computer until March 2026. The Geek Squad warranty is POINTLESS. They keep making you talk to customer agents who aren’t in the store and keep trying to push you to go to the store. A.I bots answering the phones which is difficult especially when trying to reach agent. These agents giving vague information due to lack of information and communication with the actual people which makes no sense how no one has clear communication. I am better off buying another computer or driving to Micro-Center. Geek Squad is absolutely HORRIBLE. They deserve no stars. Unfortunately I had to go
To the store to cancel the service order due to this pointless long ridiculous wait. Never again and the warranty isn’t worth the money spent and the service is absolutely HORRIBLE

I had a horrible experience with this store. I ordered a remote start. One the day of installation they could not find it. I stood outside in the rain for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to receive my car at the installation bay after a waiting for them to find the remote start. When I went to pick up my vehicle they could not find keys.
