Went in to purchase a new television, 75", ready to walk out with it that day. was interrogated about the type of car we brought. they refused to sell to us, saying it wasn't going to fit. a female employee said something to her coworker "under her breath" (quite loudly) about us needing to "plan better". We turned around and left. If they had been more polite, we would have come back after dropping a roommate off. we went to a different best buy, they helped us easily. in and out in 30 minutes, with said 75" TV with no issues or arguments or being spoke down to. for the record, our tv fit in the car fine. maybe be more polite.

I waited 30 minutes trying to get a fire stick remote control back in the electronics department. One of the customer reps only it was in a location that was incorrect, the other one acted like they couldn't see me. Apparently, they were talking on the telephone to electronic Specialists to assist other customers that were there already. Question, if they can't assist customers, why are they standing in the store. Long story short, when I decided to leave after waiting for so long, the person at the door of the store ask what was the problem, and I told him. He suggested going to customer service. Come to find out, the remote control for a customer service and it took 5 minutes to complete my purpose. Gone are the days when people in the store know what they're talking about, these guys working today are clueless, I will not be back to this location.

Just stopped by to buy a tv and sound bar and from the moment I walked in everyone was polite and helpful. I didn’t lift a finger or even have to push the cart and move the tv. Oscar helped me with my purchase and helped me get it into my car. Very good experience.

James was amazing with helping me purchase a new gaming system for my job. His energy was great and he was knowledgeable about what iI needed. One thing I do hope management addresses is the lack of attention when customers come in...it took some time and me wandering around the store to find James.
