Omg I hadn’t ordered from Best Buy in years but I was told to get the part there. It arrived in 2 days!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The part didn’t work so I had to return it and the return took me less time than it does the return an Amazon package and the money was in my card within hours. I highly recommend 0purchasing from Best Buy! Guys we are hooked on Amazon we need to shake it off.

I brought in my old laptop for a data transfer to my new one. I have Total Tech, so I expected a full setup. When I picked up my laptop none of my icons and apps were there, and my Dropbox icon and files were missing. I pay for a Total Tech plan and they were supposed to restore my desktop environment so my new laptop matched my old one.
I took it back to the store and spoke with Hattie in the Geek Squad and I want to commend her for outstanding service. When I first approached her about my incomplete setup, her initial response was a bit austere and hesitant. However, she paused, really listened to my concerns, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Once she did, Hattie went above and beyond to ensure that everything was completed thoroughly and correctly.
What impressed me most was her willingness to not just resolve my issues but also to take feedback constructively. I asked her to remind her colleagues that they are responsible for fully completing the work and informing customers about the onsite tutorials available. She readily agreed.
Hattie transformed what started as a frustrating experience into a positive one. Her professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve recognition. Thank you, Hattie, for turning the situation around and making sure my computer was truly ready to use.
