Woodmore Towncenter is hands down the worse BestBuy location. Jocelyn claims to be a manager which is difficult to believe. Unprofessionalism runs rampant in this store location. Jocelyn thinks she owns the store but doesn't realize the existence of her job is due to the level of customer service provided. If you purchase an item at another location and return here they will actually tell you that you have to take it back to the original location smh. Jocelyn walks around shouting she'll have you removed from the store like she thinks she's the owner smh...save your time and just show at a different location or order online from another business altogether.
