I came to this location 7 days ago April 15th 2026.. to drop off my iPad and get it replaced through Apple care. I called Apple today to get a status as one wasn’t shown on Best Buy or Apple, Apple called to let me know Best Buy DID not ship my iPad out and they had my iPad for 7 DAYS. Which should have been the time for it to get there and back. But no THEY JUST HAD MY IPAD SITTING THERE. Here’s the kicker I asked the guy who helped me he NEVER GAVE ME HIS NAME. Anyways come today I go to check on the status.. LOL NOTHING WAS DONE. You can imagine my frustration when I seen my iPad in the same condition as I dropped it off in 7 DAYS AGO. I literally had to tell them to give me my iPad back and I had to take it MYSELF TO ANNAPOLIS. 30 minutes away. WASTING MY GAS NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO PAY 50 dollars again to get it replaced at apple. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION they don’t care about anyone unless you’re buying a product, sad part is I got my iPad from
This location for them to treat me like trash. No updates, not even a courtesy call. And to TOP IT ALL OFF. You can’t even call the location. I had to drive here to FIND OUT MYSELF. If I hadn’t called, my iPad would have still been sitting. This is HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I need a refund

Came to this Best Buy for a specific item that showed as available, but they didn’t have it in stock at all. Ended up wasting time and having to drive to the Crystal City location just to get it.
What’s frustrating is no one could give a clear answer on inventory or offer a solution on the spot. If the system isn’t accurate, it shouldn’t show items as available — it just creates unnecessary trips.
Definitely needs better inventory management and communication. Not a great experience.

Chose FedEx for shipping a phone to Virginia. FedEx?!?!?! What would have been 1 day by UPS Ground, is now a week, by FedEx. Stop choosing to save a nickel at the cost of happy customers.
