Best Buy Woodmore Towne Centre

Not a bad location, but it's not an exciting location. When you walk in, you don't hear the T. V is playing, you don't get any sense of enthusiasm. I remember the days when you used to go to a Best Buy and it seemed like it was so much going on. I guess that's the thing of the past. We walk into the left. That's where you go to pick up your online purchases. I think that's too much space. They should be doing a lot more with that other than reserving. It for online purchases, it just appears to be a lot of space that is Not being used efficiently. I do not recommend having your car. Radio installed at this location unless it's the last option. I prefer the locational Rockville Pike. They last, I visited the two locations.They appear to be more knowledgeable and friendlier

A real person was readily available and guided me to products and gave info on them.

I went there about an hour before closing. While they did not have in stock what I was looking for (from the list of Cable provider compatible cable modems/routers), there was this one agent who was awesome and was able to explain the ins and outs of certain cable modems and routers. I wish I remembered his name as I would post it here.

This store needs a major overhaul from top to bottom. It may be the "Best Buy" in the area in terms of electronics and depending on what you're getting, but the service is very underwhelming. The store not only needs more help, but more professional customer service training. No one cares. Literally! Almost no one cares. I'm surprised this store is still opened. It's just bad service. I'll take my business elsewhere and pay more in order to get better service. One cashier, and 20 people in line. Another time I went, no one provided assistance, so I left. Who is in charge of this place? Do they care or are they sitting back playing cards? This is embarrassing to our community. DO BETTER.
