Elijah was very nice. He paid attention and educated on the differences of PlayStation and Xbox am 80”s babe so was so clueless . I appreciated his customer service approach . Had me out within a short time and I was very happy with my purchase
A very poorly run store. It was severely understaffed and we waited 30+ minutes just to be told that an associate would help us. There was one associate with a line of several people while there were 3 employees stationed behind customer service seemingly doing nothing. If I had walked into a store without any employees it would have been the same experience if not a better one. I advise you to take your business elsewhere.
I purchased a TV from this Best Buy and paid for delivery and installation. Not only did the installer arrive 2 hours later than scheduled, but they damaged my new wall (cut twice) and did not hide the cords behind the wall. They did not communicate that they could not find the stud before cutting my wall a second time. I would buy from this location but do not pay to work with their contractors on the installation.
Not a bad location, but it's not an exciting location. When you walk in, you don't hear the T. V is playing, you don't get any sense of enthusiasm. I remember the days when you used to go to a Best Buy and it seemed like it was so much going on. I guess that's the thing of the past. We walk into the left. That's where you go to pick up your online purchases. I think that's too much space. They should be doing a lot more with that other than reserving. It for online purchases, it just appears to be a lot of space that is Not being used efficiently. I do not recommend having your car. Radio installed at this location unless it's the last option. I prefer the locational Rockville Pike. They last, I visited the two locations.They appear to be more knowledgeable and friendlier
