Bestbuy ran a promotion for gift cards.. people waited in the rain for 3 hours.. if the store knew they only had 10 gift cards and saw almost 100 people in line they should have let people know while they were waiting. They also should have had one line instead of allowing people to run to any register and skip others who patiently waited in line. I worked retail for several years. If I ever spoke to ustomers the way we were spoken to this morning I would have been fired on the spot. Sorry, if that makes you feel better.. sorry we ran out, that's it. Sorry with an attitude is rude. Retail is a challenging job, we appreciate that but we won't be back at this location.
