They don't really have any workers, the lady at the door and the police greet you. I was in the store looking at different model tvs for 20 minutes and still didn't receive any help, so I changed my mind from the 98-inch samsung and ordered the 86-inch samsung.

They only had 5 people working there. Two were at the door checking to see if anyone stole anything. This made things difficult. But at least it was clean

Never had any issues with Best Buy. I know what I want. Go to the store. Pick it up and pay. Leave. However the Best Buy credit is kind of dumb. I paid off my balance, and immediately afterwards my card was cancelled. Never missed, never paid late. The cashier explained that cancellation happened because I didn't order anything else. Then she asked me if I wanted to apply for another Best Buy credit card. Let me think about it......🤔 That'll be a definite NO.
