Great customer service i picked up a tv and they was helpful as much as possible while dealing with multiple customers ...
Went to BestBuy to purchase a laptop. Left after 15 minutes without a purchase because the staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves, than selling a product to me.

Went in to purchase a new television, 75", ready to walk out with it that day. was interrogated about the type of car we brought. they refused to sell to us, saying it wasn't going to fit. a female employee said something to her coworker "under her breath" (quite loudly) about us needing to "plan better". We turned around and left. If they had been more polite, we would have come back after dropping a roommate off. we went to a different best buy, they helped us easily. in and out in 30 minutes, with said 75" TV with no issues or arguments or being spoke down to. for the record, our tv fit in the car fine. maybe be more polite.
