Well, now we know why Best Buy is going away. I saved a bit and wanted to get my daughter an iPad. Last week they had a good sale and I ordered online for pick up. We went to the store the next day, despite not getting confirmation that it was ready (24 hours should be enough). We went to the Customer Pick Up Desk which is clearly marked. Nobody was home. Waited a bit and then went to ask someone. The phone people told us they didn't know, and only worked the phones. Customer Service was full, and finally a random blue shirt came by who angrily informed us to see the guy at the check out section. Not bothering with them again.

I had the most amazing experience at Best Buy, thanks to Keondre and Chris! These two are hands down the best employees I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, answering every question with expertise and patience. Their customer service was impeccable, and they truly made my shopping experience a breeze. Honestly, Keondre and Chris deserve raises for the incredible work they do. Best Buy is lucky to have them! I’ll definitely be coming back because of these two!
