I purchased a desktop a couple of weeks ago. I felt as if the assembly directions were in Chinese. I returned to the store and asked if they could give me more detailed instructions on how to assemble it. The second time was a charm thanks to the patience of the staff.
Very kind and professional staff… I love coming to this Best Buy store.
Well, I would have left a thesis, but it wasn't needed. I typically go to the White Marsh location, but unfortunately, this one had my item. After driving an hour, I thought the experience would be the same. UNFORTUNATELY, Barry made the experience horrible. He needs customer service training. He seem like he did not want to answer questions, look up if I had coupons, or help with my split of payment.
