I purchased a microwave oven online to be picked up at this location. They didn't have it at this location, but they had stock in Curtis Bay, so I asked for it to be shipped to this store from that warehouse. Two weeks later, several phone calls, and even more chats and runarounds, still no microwave. Unacceptable and embarrassing.

Looking for landline phones. They only have large appliances and are closing November 1st.

Worse service ever. Made for installation and removal of two refrigerators. Delivery staff came and dropped off the refrigerators but refused to install and removal. What a scam!!! Manager refused to help
