So I ordered 5 appliances from Best Buy. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 1 range. The salesperson, Kevin Ta, who took my order over the phone, was so patient and professional! I was trying to ensure I could match the price I had been given by another vendor and Kevin was able to do that on most of the items, but the real bonus was the delivery! The other company was going to charge me well over $150. Then, when the appliances arrived, let me tell you, Juan Carlos and Eric?? Chef's kiss! They blew me away! They entered, wiped their feet off at the door on the mat, put down cardboard to not scuff my LVP flooring (it was new) and installed a couple of them (I only paid for the range and frig). But it was their professionalism, their respect, they answered all my questions and I haven't had a delivery so smooth and courteous in a while. For reference, I had 6 appliances delivered in Sept 2025 (don't even want to discuss it-it wasn't Best Buy and the service was awful) and 1 washer recently delivered on March 17th that was ordered online from Costco and those guys were nice and courteous as well, but not as nice as Juan Carlos and Eric. Thank you gentlemen, for a great experience and thanks Best Buy for a good value on my appliances! I'll be ordering more sets of appliances in a few months and my first stop will be Best Buy!

This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Just one month after the factory warranty expired, the fridge stopped working. I called Best Buy on March 19 and they scheduled a service visit for March 25. On that day, we stayed home waiting for the technician, but suddenly received a message saying the appointment had been canceled. I called Best Buy, but no one could explain why it happened. The only option they offered was to reschedule for almost a week later, on March 31. When that day came, a Geek Squad van arrived in our neighborhood around noon. We approached the van, spoke to the technician, and pointed out our house. He said he just needed to finish some paperwork and would come over shortly. However, a few minutes later, the van left and never came to our house. Again, I called Best Buy, and the representative told me the technician had taken a picture of the house and canceled the appointment, claiming no one was home. This was the second time the service was canceled, and now we have to schedule a third appointment. With the Easter weekend coming up, we’re left without a fridge for the holiday.

Employees would rather you stand in front of them and make a purchase on your phone then help bring you up themselves. Employees act like they are doing you a favor by helping you with a purchase.
