Fahad who works for AT&T inside the store is so helpful. I am an AT&T customer but he helped me with other BestBuy products that I’ve now purchased, quite happily. If the whole store had Fahad managing, your customer service would be 5-stars and protect your brand and loyalty. As someone who hires for a living, I’m all about customer service.
