This Best Buy store is my favorite in the area. They have closed the one in Gaithersburg, and this store is my go to.

We got a tv here 3 weeks ago and it’s not working anymore, keeps shutting off and changing color, we took it back and they said we have a 14 day return policy and there’s nothing they can do. This is why Best Buy is going out of business, anywhere else they would’ve taken back the tv. This will be our last purchase at Best Buy.

This store is more upscale than the average Best Buy. They contain the Magnolia retail electronics and services. I get a sense of greater concern for customer satisfaction and education here. I was served curbside for greater courtesy even though it was really unnecessary but appreciated. Lots of products and inventory. Seeing scooters was unexpected.
