Today, I went to get an external hard drive from this location. Walked around trying to find them on my own with no success, and I went to get help. I was given a direction but not shown where the hard drive was. Never once was I even asked if I needed help or if I found what I was looking for. It's not me talking bad about any business, but unfair treatment is another thing before leaving the same guys. We're walking to help and show other customers what they were looking for.

I waited for over.20 mins for assistance at this store. Asked 2 different people for help (they called somebody to assist me), no one ever showed up. This happens WAY TO OFTEN at this location. Everyone is over in computers or home theaters. It you don't need something in one off those areas, you are on your own. Seriously piss poor service. Go to another location or buy offline.
