Not ready for prime time on the larger TV’s.??? My TV was unboxed with a broken screen. Do have Geek Squad unbox these things, that way if the items are broken you have a witness. The service guys were nice and called their service team and we were told that the replacement unit would be delivered and set up in another 5 days. I guess they forgot to hit Send , because delivery day is here and they did not show up. In fact, when I called, they had no record of the need to replace the unit. We had to
Start all over again. After some time on the phone sorting this all out, they now need another 3 days to deliver and set-up the replacement. During this wait, I will be looking at the World Cup games on my iPad and wondering about poor purchasing decisions. Thanks Best Buy!

I came to recycle a tv and printer and purchase a new tv. The recycle process was easy and quick- the tv was $30 and the printer free. Helen helped me purchase a new tv and was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I have zero tv knowledge and she found what I needed in my price point. I had an issue with my credit card and she was remarkably nice and patient and helped me work out a different way to pay. Top tier!
