Be so careful with applying with the workers for your Best Buy card, had a camera break mid shoot needed to pivot thought why not just get the card it’s 0% financing the whole year… they had me sign up with very vague information over a screen that you would normally check out with… I asked the lady assisting me in the camera section a bunch of questions about my utilization rate how the financing works and how flexible it is. She reassured me and next thing you know next month, my credit score tanks because I went over the utilization rate roughly 75% (the limit is roughly 2k starting off) not even that But they never applied the promotion so not only was it absolutely useless to open up this card, but ended up completely messing me over in the back end. I paid that camera off in the next month or two and now they’re messaging me saying that my address might’ve changed and that my card might undergo deactivation… An absolute headache if you’re going to apply for a best best card, I would suggest you never do it with the workers here.

Alex from the geek squads is a great tech, I didn’t know where one important cable was. So he was able to locate it in between a bunch of cables in the way. It was solve in less than 5 minutes, what a great customer service 👍🏼
The place is overpriced in my opinion. There are too many other options in the market to throw money away.
Great customer service and excellent products
