Having visited numerous Best Buy stores, I can confidently say that I have generally had positive experiences, with the exception of the Best Buy store located in Rockville.
“I had a very disappointing experience with this store. The staff were unprofessional and displayed arrogant behaviour, which made the entire interaction unpleasant. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I expected.
