The employees at this Best Buy in particular are always super helpful! I needed an adapter for my computer and didn’t really know what I was looking for. The employee who helped me was able to figure out what I needed and recommended various adapters while explaining their pros and cons. I chose one that fit into my budget and it works perfectly!

Worst experience I could ever get. Please avoid this Store at all cost, specially if you are inexperienced in retail performance and are not good at web search. Long story short, the incompetent associate almost made me drive 1 hour accross state for a unavailable item. Another associate told me, my product was only available for delivery, due to lack of availability near by. i go home later that day, made a few web search, made a couple calls and boom, a best buy store 30 minutes away from my house. Had the item in stock, whats the problem now???? Well. My brother has to way 2 weeks for his gift when he could have gotten today. I look old buy i am young and very knowledgeable about retail so i never believe what a employee tells me because i know how retail works. But this store is the worst so far.

We went to buy a Samsung phone. When we arrived, we waited to be helped, but no one came for 10 minutes. We asked a store employee, and he said he would send someone to assist us. After another 10 minutes, no one came. We asked again, and once again we were told that someone would be sent to help us. After 30 minutes, we left the store without being assisted. We went to Micro Center, and within 20 minutes we left with a new phone.

This happened about 2 to 3 months ago now. However it’s still on my mind and still deterring me from making big purchases at Best Buy. My husband and I were shopping around for different big ticket items like a new cooktop that we might need a new Sound system situation. Particularly the employee in the Soundsystem area was so we’re literally saying, “Why won’t you buy this right now, you know we earn commission. Why won’t you buy this right now?” that we had to turn around and leave so unless you won’t feel like being a costed by the employees and made to feel guilty for not making a big ticket purchase right then in there don’t go to the store.
