This place sucks. I got an open box tv and I wanted to exchange it and pay the difference because when I brought it home it didn’t work. However, there was a girl there that because my put it in as a refund instead of a store credit or exchange . She pressed a button too quickly and I spoke with the manager he seems to not care as well . These people will say it’s your fault when it’s not . Give me what I pay for !!! If the tv doesn’t work but say excellent condition I would consider that a scam ! Poor customer service . Could have been handled differently. Won’t be going there again ….
