Went there to get a prepaid subscription for a gamecard. Please get employees who are helpful in your store.. Why would you advertise that you sell them online in store. And not carry any. Or at least tell your employees to be with familiar with the department they are working. Im sorry its a bother to do your job. Ill never go there again. And it was wasted trip of gas. Ill take my money elsewhere. And to the best buy owners please do better.

The manager should be fired or quit himself. He clearly doesn’t like his job or is attempting to sabotage Best Buy completely. Didn’t get off his chair to help me after I purchased thousands of dollars worth of computers for my business. I will forever go to Staples from now on for every electronic need because of this one individual. You know who you are and what you did. Ps: I found the laptop covers
