Was looking at buying a drone,was nagged by 4 employees back to back i didn't need help,atleast yet.then a female employee being the last of the 4 to ask me the same question told her I didn't need help,she then instantly tells me I have 30 minutes and the store closes.huh? I will buy the thing on amazon.never coming here again.
Went in looking for a projector to use with a ps5. Was sold a Samsung freestyle and told it was BT connectable, it was not. Went back twice to purchase the special hdmi cable which also did not work. Called manufacturer of the projector and went through trouble shooting and told the projector was defective and to return it. Best Buy will not accept a return or exchange and the projector being defective means it can not be fixed by geek squad. So now we are stuck with a $600 purchase that can’t be used.
