I went in to get a product put on my laptop. Joe and August assisted in the process. The whole time Joe was sniffling, wiping his hand across his nose, and touching the corner of his nose. After they were done I asked August for a wipe to wipe my products off and explained that I had just gotten over being sick. August looked at me and said ugh no I think so then he stated no and walked away. I stood there as my husband went to get wipes out the car as I had just explained I just got over being sick. As I was standing there a female associate came up and asked me if I needed help. I asked her if they had any wipes as I had just got over being sick and she went and found me some wipes. She even went as far as telling me if I needed more she could get me more. To Joe and August you don’t know getting sick could affect any of your clientele. Something as simple as a little sniffles could put someone else in the hospital or worse.

I went to BestBuy looking for a thumb drive for microSD cards I could not find it anywhere in the store. I was helped by Joe and he found it in no time and had a great attitude. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

My brother went there, and spent $500 for Xbox. As he was looking at headphones as well, he decided to put them back. As he did the manager said that he had to purchase the headphones because they had been handled. But no wanting to purchase them he refused. The manager then went and called the police.
