Only reason for 4 stars is the wait for Geek Squad is long and slow
Online order pick. Had to wait a couple minutes for someone to get to the counter, but overall easy in and out.
Horrible... Never buy Best Buy or HP
Bottom line...
No Phone calls to store
No email
Customer service can't do anything,
Everytime you call they make you so frustrated you will say "It's not worth my time and lose your money"
I drove over an hour in beach traffic Each way to Best Buy in Salisbury. The manager Zen is rude and arrogant. I had the "chats" from Best Buy Customer Service with the dayes with in the 15 day period and he said "Well that's ONLINE NOT THE STORE!!! I asked to speak with another manager. The other manager came out to keep saying "I gotcha", well he did not! I do apologize because I was so frustrated I was crying in the store.
He also said..The only way to Exchange the HP printer is to Join the Club to ... "Extend my purchase from 15 DAYS TO 30!!!"
HP WANTED ME TO SEND MONEY TO SHIP ME A REPLACEMENT FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!
After spending 5 phone calls with HP.
HP also couldn't tell me when it would arrive!!!
Great "Tech" companies....
Do some research on the people running these companies....bottom line thats it!
FYI I counted 8+ store employees, hanging out, talking doing nothing thank goodness I am not vested in the company.
