The Manager or whoever he think he is, Zen, is an absolute nightmare. Gets extremely aggressive with customers and does nothing in his power to assist customers with different options.
For context, we purchased a large tv online. The box dimensions on the website ended up being incorrect. The guys come out to help load it. Says it won’t fit and when I suggest we at least try, Zen became extremely aggressive and rude. And when I asked why the anger he just said load it up yourself and walked away. No suggestion of having it delivered or anything else. Just left us there. Avoid this store at all costs

I recently purchased a 65 inch TV from this location. I have been in the Hospitality business for over 35 years. The only reason I share this information is I truly understand guest service and hospitality. The gentleman who helped us load the TV was named JUSTIN. I regret not getting his last name. He crawled in the back of my truck and moved cinder blocks and other items around to put in my truck bed!!!!! Who does that???? I was blown away with Justin’s service and he should called out by someone in Corporate. To finish up, Justin thank you for renewing my faith in service in a world so far from good service. I do not know Justin, and this is not a fabricated review. Just one of astonishment, appreciation and a general heart felt THANK YOU to you, Justin. -Todd
