The AI help is just plane bad. When I finally got a human voice he could not conect me with the store but did ask the store to call me back. The store never called

Went there today to look for blank DVDs. I know they didn't have them, but I thought I look anyway. Walked and look around and As I was walking out the door a Salesman stop me. I guess he thought I was stealing and wanted to know if I wanted help. I told him I was looking for blank dvds. A smirk went across his face and he said they haven't carried those in years. I didn't care for his attitude or his stopping me when I was leaving.
