The Geek Squad at the Salisbury Best Buy are amazing. I purchased a computer back in October. My hard drive had an issue. I am a tutor and needed my computer asap in order to work with students. They went above and beyond to fix my laptop as quickly as possible so that I could still meet the needs my students. If you need help, Geek Squad at Best Buy deliver!

I called the Geek Squad to fix my pinball machine. They transferred me to their Home division. The jerk on the other end asked me for my account information, and I told him I did not have an account. He told me he then couldn't help me and hung up on me. Rude and because I hadn't purchased anything from them they wouldn't help me. Will never buy from them or use their Geek Squad for anything. rude rude rude!!!!
