Went to return an item that the salesperson advised we needed with our new 55" TV and sound bar. The delivery and set-up by the installers went fine except that this part was not needed. The installer said return the item to get a refund. Unfortunately for us the part was bundled as a package with the TV, sound bar, delivery and set-up. We found out that if we wanted to return the item we would owe Best Buy $242 plus change. The item is worth $57 if purchased separately. So, lessoned learned. If you purchase anything from Best Buy make sure that what you are purchasing in "the bundle" you absolutely need. If you don't know purchase separately.
