Was about to purchase a new 75" 4K QLED TV. By the time the sales person explained the limited return policy, if the TV was defective, and the cost and fees for an extended warranty, I decided to purchase the TV elsewhere.

No stars. I have been waiting for a refund of cash paid on a returned item by mail since December 4, 2024. Numerous attempts to resolve: First told 6 to 8 weeks. Then told 48 hours. Then told 7-10 business days. 76 days the cash portion of my returned purchase has been refunded. No stars, one star is one too many!

If I could give a zero, I would give them a zero! Customer service sucks. I spent over $700 online. I online shop due to anxiety. I was not greeted and when given directions on where to pick up my order up , because there are no signs letting you know… The cashier pointed and said you can go over there. It was two stations in that direction. The directions were not clear. Once I did get to the station the worker just sat there and looked at me. The workers were very rude and nasty! When people are spending their hard earned money in your establishment you should one greet them. Two help them when they need help instead of expecting them to know what to do or where to go! I’m pretty sure you don’t get paid to stand there in silence!
