Good service today (3/5/25). i needed battery replaced in my Iphone 14 pro. only other option, would be to drive 2 more hours to apple store in Annapolis. opted for best buy because they are apple authorized service provider, took about 2 hours. i decided to wait in my car..and surprisingly enough, the wifi from the store works far into the parking lot. was able to get on my ipad to read to pass the time. great service and employees were all very friendly. thank you again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. They FALSE ADVERTISED an amazing sale I couldn’t pass up. I went to buy the product and they declined it and tried to make me pay the 650 price. They blamed it on multiple other factors that genuinely made no sense. Insane. Definitely my first and last time here! Horrible!

I have been trying so hard to justify a couple new tvs. I have a very nice a few years old Samsung. The new ones are not as crisp. The LG is. The better ones are too large for the space and they dont really make then small enough skipping from 32" not so sharp to 43" $1k+. This Best Buy is a bit too small and sadly in competition with two other places locals overshop. I say this because the Marshall speaker I wanted wasnt displayed. The (3) help was fantastic except one lady that ignored me. I want a Samsung because it screen casts without separate wifi. Sadly, I couldn't get past the pixelation of the tvs which isnt noticable on my older 32" at home.
