If I could give a zero, I would give them a zero! Customer service sucks. I spent over $700 online. I online shop due to anxiety. I was not greeted and when given directions on where to pick up my order up , because there are no signs letting you know… The cashier pointed and said you can go over there. It was two stations in that direction. The directions were not clear. Once I did get to the station the worker just sat there and looked at me. The workers were very rude and nasty! When people are spending their hard earned money in your establishment you should one greet them. Two help them when they need help instead of expecting them to know what to do or where to go! I’m pretty sure you don’t get paid to stand there in silence!

Best buy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I GAVE EVER CONE ACROSS. DONT TRY AND CALL THE STORE, I QAS TOLD THEY DONT RAKE CALLS. THE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS POST ITS A LONG STORY. BITTOM KINE
