I believe they did their very best for my sister, who is not technically inclined with her new cell phone. She did not have her passwords with her, so they could not help her to completion, but they were willing to help except for the guy at the AT&T counter. Otherwise I would have rated a 5. I felt he was condescending.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service i received today!! I went into the store with my laptop that came in from a different best buy that i ordered online and it was scratched up.. Which was okay things happen no biggie not their fault at all, it didn’t come from this location lol, but i cannot express how nice the Geek Squad and the best buy workers are they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and educate me on my issue I had!! I walked out of there with what i needed which was a new laptop and at the price i liked! Wilson was super knowledgeable and very helpful throughout this whole process!! Ada was very helpful and super nice! Best buy is lucky to have them working there their customer service was amazing!! There was one other guy helping me as well i’m not sure his name but he had longer black hair he was also super knowledgeable and helpful!! I wish i could leave more than 5 stars for all their help today!!!
