Visited the Salisbury Best Buy yesterday to purchase a 75 inch Samsung TV and surround sound system. We browsed around the TVs in the back of the store and not one salesperson offered to assist us. Finally I walked over to an associate with a ponytail and asked him for help with the TVs and he said he would see if somebody might help us. After 10 minutes and no help we left, and will never set foot in Best Buy again.

Not very pleasant experience in store or on the phone. They lost a appliance sale because of the virtual sales person on the phone and not being acknowledged in store. If I'm not important enough to acknowledge then neither is my money.
