Got an email saying my item was ready for pickup. Drove 45 min to the store. 2 employees told me my item was not available for pickup, but I could purchase one. Had to buy one since I needed it right away. Called customer support to ask why I got an email saying it was ready, they confirmed the item was there and ready for pickup. Of course customer service is based overseas so they couldn't do anything to help, but told me to spend another 90 min driving back and forth to the store so the employees could help me (the same ones who couldnt find my order). Awful experience. I do not have social media, so do not ask me to contact you through social media when responding to this review.

Amazing service today (5/17/26)! My Nikon Coolpix S4000 got damaged today, and I took it to this Best Buy to see if there was anything they could do to repair it or replace it. I spoke with the Geek Squad Supervisor (I believe his name was Winston). He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to look up my records. He advised me to find a replacement on eBay as repairing the camera would have cost more than it was worth. I really appreciated how knowledgeable this worker was on the subject and how he sympathized with my situation. I would definitely come back to this location in the future if I needed assistance with any other technology!
The Salisbury Best Buy has a smaller selection than some of the larger stores. I ended up buying a Roku TV at a price comparable to Walmart.
