Great experience, steph was super helpful for the moment I walked in the door and made my purchase a breeze! The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of my new car radio and navigation center, was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I'm not taking any stars off for this but my only complaint is that it took more than a month to schedule an install. That was kind of a bummer, thank goodness I was able to get my old get my old radio to partially work so I wasn't without for that month. But I just wish when you made a purchase you didn't have to wait more than 30 days to get a slot for installation. I kind of get it, but I don't like it! 😊
