Bad customer service and unclear messaging, all for a commodity service. I’d recommend going for a small shop as long as they offer the same certifications and standard of repair, you’ll have a much better experience.

Walked in and stood in the apple section, nobody helped us, meanwhile multiple associates in the computer section were on their phones. Associate who finally came over was very flippant when I asked if I could look at the open box iPad. They wouldn't let me touch it, only see it. The associate and customer service team were very difficult and borderline combative when I asked if we could transfer from our trade in iPad to the new one. The lack of customer service and tact from the team makes me never want to come back here. I loved the previous store manager, but im never going back to this store.
