Best Buy Towson

Manager that I talked to just assumed they didn't have the item I needed without looking. They did have it, but I had to show him the store's website to prove it.

Terrible customer service. It took long enough to be approached by an employee in the computer department. The short male employee seemed irritated that I was there for a pick up but approached their department because I wanted to look at cases. He asked if I wanted a sleeve and I said I wasn’t sure. He pointed me to the direction of “sleeves” and finished with an exasperated “Jesus Christ” like I was an inconvenience for asking for assistance. The pick up employee in a mask was pleasant though. It seems other locations have significantly better attitudes and costumer service.

Horrible treatment from the employees and management here. Attempted to return a faulty phone that they sold us and was denied and even accused of stealing. Alerted management and they did nothing but say they "will handle it". I would go elsewhere or order directly from the company of you choosing.
