Purchased 2 items in 1 order. Updated the pickup person for my order. Employee only gave 1/2 items to the pickup person. Now I have to go pick up the 2nd item. What a stupid system (or individual).

Run away as fast as possible. We ordered appliances. They give u a 12 hour window but are supposed to narrow it down to a 4 hour window. They didn’t! 7a to 7p. We waited all day. Called the number and could only get the truly useless AI attendant. Finally got thru to human and she couldn’t have cared less that they stood us up and had zero communication. Terrible company. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
