I definitely give the Best Buy in Lutherville store a Minus 5 star for its poor customer service. It should be named "Worst Buy" as it has the worst store associates and manager. They are ignorant, hostile, and they have no shame treating the customers like thugs. Same standards apply to the corporate customer service (phone). They have no shame to lie, deceive, and waste the customer's time and energy. By the way Worst Buy, don't waist your time and keep your canned review response to yourself. These responses are an insult to the reviewers' intelligence and they are absolutely ridiculous!

Everyone here was great, from the Geek Squad to the Verizon team. It’s really cool they have a Verizon onsite. I witnessed multiple customers lash out at them for things outside their control. They handled everything with grace and professionally.
