Horrible experience from start. Employees either knew nothing about products or didn't want to help explain or sell. Was told my laptop would arrive to my home and best buy never shipped it. Asked for overnight shipping and was told no asked for a refund and got hung up on. Waited over a hour waiting time getting transferred for a simple refund. They are cheap but it's not worth the hassle I rather pay the extra $200 at Microcenter. Poor shopping experience all the way around and now I can't imagine trying to use a besy buy warranty. Update 10 transfers later still no refund so i found out you can't call and ever talk directly to the store so it's just transfer after transfer

I ordered a specific game via the phone. Once I received the game I left to drive out of state. Unbeknownst to me I had been given the wrong game.
I was told I could place another order and pay again and then when I got to another store, I could return it. So I should be charged twice. I eventually returned it in another state and gave the business to Target 🎯 .
