How do I check product availability at the Towson Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Towson Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Surprisingly wonderful customer service from the store manager Jeremy and the Samsung expert Matt. Jeremy saw me wandering around and asked if he could help. He gave me some detailed answers about their policies and wanted to be sure I was happy with my recent TV purchase. He even encouraged me to return it if I wasn't 100% satisfied Matt answered some specific settings questions about my TV and was extremely knowledgeable and patient. These employees went above and beyond!

Best buy in Towson,MD had an Pokemon Set available behind the counter. Would not sell it to me saying it’s for pickup only. Not possible since this is a in-store item only! No way to reserve through the app. Keeping it for themselves 👎
