How do I check product availability at the Towson Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Run away as fast as possible. We ordered appliances. They give u a 12 hour window but are supposed to narrow it down to a 4 hour window. They didn’t! 7a to 7p. We waited all day. Called the number and could only get the truly useless AI attendant. Finally got thru to human and she couldn’t have cared less that they stood us up and had zero communication. Terrible company. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Gotta love when you go to a bestbuy and be told they don't have something per thier website that says they have it. Then be told by the same bestbuy employee that this location has it. Go online and purchase it. Drive 45 mins to this bestbuy only to be told they don't have it. So refreshing that in this day in age with all this technology and yet bestbuy still can't get it right. Terrible. Almost as terrible as the corporate response below. Shocker.
