Went in to the lutherville branch to get a vacuum cleaner. There is a vacuum cleaner on the shelf with a price tag that says $250. When i take it to the counter i am told its actually $500 and it was put on the wrong shelf and the one for the price tag for $250 is discontinued by the casihier Lee who is polite and says i will talk to my manager to help us resolve this...Simple mistake, right? However, instead of saying we apologize for the mistake and the confusion the manager James speaks rudely does not own the mistake gives no apology and is brusque and rude. This store manager needs work on his interpersonal communication skills and customer service interactions. Really unpleasant encounter.

My husband went to Best Buy today to buy Pokemon cards. If you don’t know they are hard to come by and he was pleased to see they had stock.
However when he got to the counter they DISCRIMINATED against AND PREJUDICIALLY PROFILED him. They said he had already been there and they would not sell them to him. They said they had “recording” of him being there but he was never there cause he was at work. So they lied and when he continued to claim he wasn’t the staff got ruder and ruder to him. They eventually sold to him (maybe that “recording” was wrong). And even then they were disrespectful.
This whole situation was uncalled for and that manager needs to be talked to who was working customer service. They illegally profiled someone and lied about it.
We will be reaching out to corporate.

Poor customer service. Quick to take your money but omg so fast to kick your in your ass when something goes wrong with the item.
I purchased a tv that unfortunately was damaged, bc as soon as pluggedit in at home the screes had a huge cut not just a simple damage corner it was a huge cut, i have pruchased a protection plan and they guided me to take the damage item back where i got it from, so I brought it back to the store and omg I tell you they are super quick to turn you around and tell you that it was your fault bc of a absurd amounts of reason, its insane and sad the fact that this ppl is so quick to get your money but so difficult to take care of the damages items they sell.
