Great experience, steph was super helpful for the moment I walked in the door and made my purchase a breeze! The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of my new car radio and navigation center, was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I'm not taking any stars off for this but my only complaint is that it took more than a month to schedule an install. That was kind of a bummer, thank goodness I was able to get my old get my old radio to partially work so I wasn't without for that month. But I just wish when you made a purchase you didn't have to wait more than 30 days to get a slot for installation. I kind of get it, but I don't like it! 😊

Had multiple good experiences getting iPhones fixed by Geek Squad here. Also a wide selection of electronics, found exactly what I needed.

Dont come here. I warn you. I came in ready to spend my money but your staff’s attitude was completely unacceptable. The person assisting me looked like she didn’t even want to be there. If she hates dealing with customers, she should find a job where she doesn’t have to. Wearing headphones while working is unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve made three purchases here in the past two months, but this experience made me question ever coming back. If this is what passes for “customer service,” you’re going to lose more loyal customers fast. Fix your staff’s attitude or expect people like me to start warning others to stay away. Get it together
