Staff always helpful. I never have any issues with buying or returning things here.
Purposely stood next to the TV I wanted for 40 mins to see if I needed help. Several employees walked passed me several times before I had to go to the front and beg for help. A non BestBuy did ask if I needed help beforehand however couldn't answer anything (AT&T rep), he tried. After I went to the front and asked for help, even then the employee that came to help me couldn't answer a question and a short with their answers. Overall the customer service wasnt up to par. Still purchased it due to price and It was a 45 min drive to the next one.

I went to this location for a return. The line is not that long but the waiting takes a while. Smooth transaction when returning an item. ❤️
I really appreciate being able to see and handle products in person before making a purchase. The Total Tech plan is a huge plus too, especially with the AppleCare coverage included. For me, shopping here just makes sense.
