I had a terrible experience at Best Buy Towson. Last Friday, I saw the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED listed for $749.99 on Best Buy’s website. I took a screenshot as proof before going to the store. I left my lab early and traveled there—changing three buses since I don’t have a car—only to find that the price had suddenly increased to $1,049.99. When I showed my screenshot of the original price, the staff simply said the price had been updated on their website and refused to do anything. As a student, this price jump was frustrating. Best Buy should honor their listed prices and provide better transparency on price changes. This was a huge waste of time and effort. Extremely disappointed!

Best Buy has gone downhill! I bought a Fujifilm - Instax Mini 12 Instant Film Camera and Fujifilm - INSTAX MINI Instant Film Twin Pack as a Valentine's day present. However, given it's past the 15 days I can no longer return it or receive store credit. Both are unopened. I'm now stuck with a present to remind me of a person. 15 day return policy is ridiculous. What happened to the very minimum 30 - 90 day return policy or at least store credit?! This on top of their DEI take back - count me out as a long standing customer.

Came in this location 3/7/25 7:25 to purchase football trading cards. I was directed to the counter where I was rudely advised that “We don’t have pokeman cards”. This took me by surprise because I wasn’t there for Pokémon cards which the associate didn’t care to ask.
